The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Made better by the shower head having a hand held option. The breakfast service was also really good. Variety of options offered: eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt are among the options. Very nice, engaging staff including front desk, breakfast service and maid staff. We did really enjoy our stay at this hotel.

The bed was uncomfortable and had three small pillows on a queen sized bed shared by two people. Each person really needs two of these tiny pillows. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was very efficiently placed off the hotel lobby. The chef/server was incredible - totally professional, made sure that our meal was exactly what we wanted and did the same for each person coming in after us. He set the tone for an incredible relaxed and great breakfast. The front desk staff was always courteous and attentive and we appreciated all the information they shared so we could enjoy a fantastic visit. We will be back!

The place is updated, clean, and the people at the front desk very friendly and courteous. We left early in the morning so I don’t have any comment on breakfast, though there was no coffee out when we left at 7am. But I would recommend this place.

No coffee was out in the morning. I think it was in the making and we were in a hurry so we didn’t wait for it.

The cleanliness and location

Our thermostat wasn’t reading correctly so the room wouldn’t cool down as much as we wanted it too. Also, for breakfast there wasn’t much. The restaurant in the hotel had prices way too high for what they were.

Water pressure in shower was very weak. Bed a little hard, but not terrible. Breakfast was not the best service. Employee worried more about serving and her tips then keeping things stocked. My husband only ended up with coffee

The staff was very helpful and the location was walking distance to everything.

we couldn’t get them to clean our room after we were there for a night , the staff said it was a management decision ?! which left us without clean towels or cups and coffee for in the morning until we complained.

They don’t come to your room every day. We had to go to the desk to get fresh towels and toilet paper. So we ended up with a pile of dirty towels at the end of the week.

The rooms were awesome and the staff was very friendly. As we were waiting on the elevator one of the staff members gave some history on this hotel.

Parking. Definitely not enough parking. Also not enough carts to take your luggage to your room after check-in. I take a lot of luggage due to my job.

Location was great. Hot breakfast was excellent. Bagged breakfasts were better than expected. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There was a note in the room that housekeeping services were limited because of Covid. In fact, there were no housekeeping services unless specifically requested. Being more clear about that would have adjusted my expectations better. The services they provided were good.

the rooms were nice plenty of room to move about. it was comfortable and quiet. we didn't get the opportunity to eat breakfast. staff were helpful and friendly.
