The amount of space, and how well it looked inside and out

I enjoyed everything, but the bathtub did not drain , you ended up standing in water over your ankles taking a 15 min. Shower and bath tub was slick, almost slipped a couple times, took water approx 15 plus to drain out after water was off... worse was finding a old used band aid that came off someone laying on my floor, and the second day my room wasnt made or cleaned.. most i could deal with, but when found the used band aid laying on floor.. made me think the room was no way clean and wondered what elese there was. I never complain about things, overall it was good..

Always like being able to grab a quick breakfast within hotel. Enjoyed the end of hall location of the room - I basically had a private entrance in and to car, the pool and dining. Liked the outdoor seating area. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Able to open windows for fresh air. Location to events was excellent utilizing back roads avoiding lights and traffic. Ideal situation

The room smelled gross - damp and musty. Kept the window open during the two day stay to survive.

We had our transmission go out of our vehicle and missed the first night stay. We tried to get some Grace for that one night that we didn't make it that was totally out of our control but got the runaround from b00king.com and the hotel, both saying it was up to the other party. When I talked to the front desk that night I was told the manager would be in the morning, but when I called in the morning, the manager was "out of town for a week"...yeah ok. So that kind of soured the whole trip. Don't expect any kind of refund even if it's not your fault. Best to pay the 3xtra money for refundable, I guess.

Convenient location,off the freeway but far enough away to not get all the noise from the traffic. Bed was comfortable, big room with couch. Breakfast was pretty good.

A little dated. Had some stains on the carpet and the bottom drawer on the dresser would not stay closed.

The staff were pleasant and quite helpful when we had a need. We liked the cleanness of the facility, and the children enjoyed the pool. Our beds were comfortable. Overall, I would say it is a place that I would visit again..

I would have liked water in the bedroom.

The property was clean, quiet and nicely furnished. One thing that immediately stood out to me was something very simple, they had plenty of outlets near the nightstand for phone chargers, cpap machines etc…. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower, once again all simple things, but all things that make a difference! All the staff spoke kindly to us every time we passed them. Walmart is literally 2 minutes away. I would most definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was good and the choices were varied throughout the week

The room wasn’t cleaned during the week. Parking was limited due to the number of semi and dump trucks parked across many spots

This hotel is one our favorites we’ve been to. Our 2 night stay was cheaper than most one night stays near our home. It was easy checking in and our room was clean. The hot breakfast was a nice change as most places serve a granola bar and blame Covid.

The hot tub needs to taken care of. Either get rid of it or fix it. Having a hot tub would have been nice since the pool was so cold. Also, we took the stairs quite a bit and the area in the lower stairway was a mess. Not a big deal but just doesn’t look good.

We loved our room, the size and amenities. It was close to the wedding venue we were at. Located near a lot of restaurants and stores. The breakfast offered was a nice surprise! Very clean and staff helpful!

Honestly, the only complaint we had was our bed was so firm. In the photos it looked so soft and comfy. Not a deal breaker but it was a disappointment for sure.

The front desk man was extremely polite and friendly . He showed us his art work and was super helpful .the rooms were clean and the breakfast was amazing! The pull our couch was a great bonus!

The pool area was cold.
