Graduate Bloomington

Great location walk to campus and by town restaurants and shops. Like the roof decks for some additional areas. Friendly staff - nice lobby and nice to have coffee shop right in lobby. Parking is also very convenient We booked a suite (couch and TV with two double beds in the second room) this time as it was Easter and wanted a space for guests to visit or watch the masters. This was cheaper than getting a condo and unlike the condo could be refunded. Loved having the extra space

I was staying a week to attend a conference at the IU. Location was perfect, just a short walk to the campus and right in the middle of the inner city. Room was clean and I found everything I need. The bathroom was new and very nice. The room was a bit noisy due to the A/C outside in the courtyard. Staff was very friendly and to sum it up - it was a nice stay and I highy recoomed this place.

Loved the location - walking distance to IU. And the rooms were comfortable and fun. Communication with the hotel was ample. They did have an on site option for paid breakfast although we chose to walk to the Runcible spoon.

Parking garage was full. Parking situation was not explained in all the communications from the hotel. They should tell you where the surface lot is and how to access before your arrival.

The Graduate is in an excellent location for visiting Bloomington, Indiana. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are a little "tired" and in need of maintenance and updating. The chain on our door was broken, and the deadbolt was very difficult to use. We ended up not using it, fearing if there was an emergency, we wouldn't be able to get out! I notified management and I know they will fix it, but seems that they should do a thorough check of all the rooms.

Fantastic all around, very clean and staff was super friendly. The beds are comfortable and rooms are cozy. Impressed at cleanliness of bathroom and shower. Great walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Liked it all but wish the cord on the coffee pot was longer, had to search the room for an outlet to accommodate. Locating one near the corner of the wall not very convenient for morning Joe - minor detail and didn’t change the wonderful overall stay!

The design of the Hotel beautiful taste and different.The location.. They were very responsive when we sent an email that we are arriving early for the graduation cermony Easy check in in seconds..

No breakfast included. The kitchen is so slow ordered a cheese sandwich waited for more than 20 minutes uber was waiting I had already paid left without my money and my sandwitch.

Housekeeping forgot to replace certain items, had to chase them down. Management needs better ways to encourage dog owners who leave their pet alone in the room to be reachable to return and quiet their barking dog at 10:00 PM. Offering to move us to a different room is not acceptable after 3 nights in the same room.

Great location downtown. Able to easily walk places. Staff was friendly. Love that the hotel is so dog friendly.

For the price, there were very few amenities. I’ve paid far less & at least had a coffee maker in the room, or breakfast included. Next time we will opt for a larger chain hotel. It is less expensive & offers more. It took us over an hour to have extra towels delivered. I forgot my razor, and the single blade one they offered was such poor quality that we ended up walking a few blocks over to just purchase one from a local drug store. Also, on numerous occasions, trash cans at the elevators were stacking up & spilling trash into the floor because they hadn’t been changed.

Location was amazing. Loved the easy parking. just like ever graduate the decor is so fun, comfortable, and homey. staff was very friendly and helpful.

Sounds silly, but didn’t care for the sensor light in the bathroom. getting up in the middle of the night in a dark, unfamiliar room to use the restroom and somehow the sensor switch got turned off made for a challenging 5 minutes in the middle of the night! 🤣

Could use a little more supportive pillows. The air conditioning unit, while wonderful to have, is pretty noisy when turning on and off and is positioned right next to the bed.
