I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast because of the medication that I take! The staff did turn the juice machine on again so I could take my second round of medicine! This was a really good effort on their part to accommodate my needs!

The door to the room was sticking and the magnetic card was having a problem accessing the situation! Also a dog was barking for over 2 hours before someone got it to cease! The fact of a 100 dollar extra charge in addition to paying for the room. As of this morning I still haven’t received my money back to be credited to my debit card!

The location was great. The room was nice. The Front desk staff and the owner were friendly and helpful.

The microwave in our room didn't work I felt like they gouged us for a $35 per night pet fee for our cat The housekeeping guy was extremely rude to me several times. To the point that I refused to deal with him. After a couple days of avoiding him, I ran into him in the hallway and he was nice to me, politely asking if I needed anything. I didn't like that the refused to provide extra towels and washrags, counting the ones I gave them and giving the same two back. One for each of us but who wants to wash their face with the same rag they wash their body with? Overall the stay was pleasant and undisturbed. My biggest complaint is that I do feel ripped off regarding the $35 pet fee per night. She's a lazy cat that sleeps most of the day and does nothing. A cat, not a rowdy dog

Breakfast was mediocre at best because they did not refill certain items each morning. It was whatever was left over from the day before. Beds were very comfortable but on 2 very flat pillows were provided as well as 2 towels. When I asked for more towels they said they had to call housekeeping to get that. I never heard back about the additional towels or pillows. Not the end of the world at all as the hotel was very comfy otherwise. Would stay again.

King bed was a old school spring mattress. Somes cup of tea.. not mine. Had 4 kids pillows on the bed. I asked the front desk clerk for a pillow, and he replied that the house keeper is asleep already. 🤷‍♂️ light bulbs out everywhere as well in the room.

Excellent reception by the evening staff as we arrived after 10pm. They offered us bottled water and were pleasant. The room was very clean and the artwork was nice. The temperature was set adequately and made very little noise.

The pillows were a little small and lumpy. The reading light above the bed was burned out and the headboard light flickered and took a minute to turn on.

Staff was friendly and polite. Room was a nice size and very clean. Didn't smell or feel dirty. The price asked made us a little nervous for the quality, but it exceeded our expectations. We would stay again for sure.

The beds were pretty hard and uncomfortable. They also only had 2 pillows each... definitely need more pillows. Everything was a bit outdated; you could tell it was older.

Desk attendants very nice, attentive. Pet friendly Clean, partially updated.

STILL WAITING FOR $100.00 deposit to be refunded!! Breakfast sort of a joke. Sink and tub water and drain controls all non or barely functioning.

And quite the craftsman must say!! The purs s, wallets, leather items this man can make are exquisite!! And he was super nice and welcoming to me and helped me out!!! I appreciate him!!! Good man.

The outside doors didn't lock, so the facility didn't feel very secure. I would not allow my wife or daughter to stay there alone.

Staff was friendly, available 24/7, very patient and helpful, even have a little room to have breakfast in. Bed was comfy, my room had a view of a patch of grass and a rocky wall which was better than a street view. Bed and armchair was quite comfortable too. Good quality for the price it was.

I learned during the check-out that they are still renovating a lot of the rooms because the one I stayed in had a bit of an unfinished look to it. It was missing a deadbolt too, which I was not used to, I slept easy since it was very quiet there, they said it’s going to be replaced soon. Honestly it’s quite affordable for the area , it serves its purpose, everything works, what I say above was just my experience with what I disliked about it, but honestly I do like it and have trust in them to have an extremely affordable and easy experience.
