Very modern and clean

No coffee in the lobby… a Starbucks/dinette (no free breakfast).. the prices were ridiculous. I paid $8.50 for a “yogurt parfait “ that had an inch of yogurt, some blueberries and walnuts. My husband had eggs and bacon for $12.50 that was very mediocre. The hotel itself was very nice, but for the $$ we spent for a room, I was disappointed in the expensive breakfast options, and coffee. We will not stay there again…

The staff were excellent - helpful and friendly. I received a warm welcome, check-in was rapid; and the good service continued throughout my visit.

Internet was down for a couple of days - but it worked well when it was reinstated. No other negative comments.

Nice new facility. Close to downtown Bloomington.

When we book the hotel, says: free breakfast. But when we checked in, they only issued one breakfast voucher for one person a day. So we had paid for rest of families. And breakfast is not good.

Selection and value were great. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. I was almost taken aback with how friendly the whole staff was.

Parking was a little tight, but I think this was because of a banquet nearby. Not a big deal, but if I hadn't found that spot, I'm not sure what we would have done. Seems like there's ample parking for most "normal" days.

pool and hot tub

1) no free breakfast. I’ve been to other hotels not as expensive and they had free breakfast 2) also sat morning before noon checkout time I wanted to take a swim and hot tub they were unavailable for chemical treatment. It was 9 am seems like it should have been ready. I did use them however after a certain amount of time 3) card did not work from pool to courtyard Fri night and Saturday morning 🙁

"Breakfast" was the only downside - there was no breakfast. Only a Starbuck's outlet at which one had to wait 5-10 minutes for the barista to even make an appearance. At least you could offer complementary coffee. Instead, I had to pay almost four bucks for a small cup.

Toilet did not want to flush any of the time. Tv kept loosing signal,sink not in with toilet and tub

Location, I haven't been to Bloomington for 18 years, the hotel was in just the right place. Close to the university, restaurants, everything!

Very close to campus. Room was spacious and comfortable

The hot tub was not working. water was hot but no rapid jet movement. Breakfast area was tremendously over priced.

Nice a spacious

Not much room to walk your pet to go potty, that they charge you $40 a night to stay with you. I booked my room and I knew there was no cancellation which was fine. But then I got a text saying your hotel has something to tell you that there was a $40 charge for my pet would have been nice to of known that I would’ve booked the other hotel I was looking at that didn’t charge so much for your pet that’s just crazy that should’ve been disclosed in the price of the room. Just very disappointing, a way to scam hard working people out of their money! We just wanted to not have to drive back home after walking the trails at Brown County State Park, so we booked a room here.
