Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Staff were so nice at desk and management. Accommodated a last minute room addition and provided items we needed.

Felt room cost was a bit more than I would normally pay. The towels are so small and one was stained. Really wish the breakfast was a bit more. We had to ask for an iron and realized there was no iron board. We managed.

Basically clean, easy check in, easy parking, ac and tv worked well. Rizzo's restaurant had really good Mexican food.

Rooms were very clean and the location was safe even with exterior doors. I’ve stayed here 3 times now and each stay was good. It’s not a Hilton but for a simple stay of sleeping and showering I would highly recommend. And you can’t beat the price. Wood floors (no carpet) which is a huge plus. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of hot water for showers. Small fridge and microwave which were both newer and very clean. Breakfast wasn’t fancy but they had cold and hot cereal, apples, make your own waffles, bagels, bread for toast, milk, OJ and coffee. Plenty for grab and go.

I’ve stayed here twice now. Both times the room was ready when promised, clean and the staff was very friendly. I wasn’t comfortable with room access being outside (when I made the reservation, other hotels with interior access were booked) but there were no issues and I felt comfortable with the surroundings and others staying there. Because it was considerably cheaper than other hotels in the area and I was happy with the first stay, I booked again for the second stay. Is this a Hampton? No, but for the price it’s more than comfortable if you’re just sleeping and showering there. The room had a small refrigerator and microwave that was newer and very clean. The rooms have newer hard wood floors instead of carpet which is a huge plus. The bathroom was very clean also. Did all the towels and wash clothes match? No, but they were clean (similar sizes, just slightly different style). And if you had two people in the room, you got two bath towels and two wash cloths. Not an issue for me since I only need one bath towel per day. Simply mentioning. Rooms were quiet. Didn’t hear much from neighbors and I was on the bottom floor. Breakfast was decent. Nothing fancy but there was hot coffee, two types of dry cereal, yogurt, toast, bagels/cream cheese, oatmeal, apples, bananas, packaged cinnamon rolls and a waffle machine. They had gallon jugs of orange juice and milk in the fridge. Plenty of variety for me to choose from. Overall a very clean, pleasant, safe place to stay and the price point is very good.

Two things stand out. Both times I stayed, the card keys didn’t work the first time. Had to go back and have them redone (twice the first stay). Staff was very apologetic. Second thing is I booked through a third party and the prices didn’t match. Hotel charged more. I brought it to their attention and they immediately corrected the price giving me the third party quoted lower price. Again, they were very apologetic. It wasn’t a huge deal and there were no issues correcting it. Mentioning only for awareness.
