Location was great. Room was clean and quiet. Liked the contactless entry and was a bonus to have grab and go items for a quick breakfast or snack.

Coffee maker kept tripping the power strip when I would make a cup of coffee. Internet/cell reception wasn't great on our phones. No Uber available but not really their fault :)

it is no wonder after staying here why it solidly has 5 star reviews. very upscale stay in quaint town close to Bloomington which is where we were traveling to during the day. very comfortable bed, clear check in and check out instructions texted and also in the room, tastefully decorated and really every thought planned out. would stay here again.

The muffins and snacks available in the common room were excellent! I thought nothing would be offered, but I was gladly mistaken. Also, the board games were a great delight.

It couldn't have been much better than it was. If I have to pick something, it would be entering two different 10-digit codes to get in the room. But at the same time I'm glad it isn't easy for just anyone to get in. And I also don't understand why you don't want pictures taken of the room. It's beautiful and cozy. I wanted to show everyone.

Beautiful space & the location to downtown is great. We were able to easily walk to eat, shop & have coffee.

We could not get the heating unit to work in the living room area, but it didn’t hurt the temperature much. The bedroom one worked great.

All I can saw is WOW. 10+/10 all the way around!!! the building is beautiful, quiet, and right in town. Through our entire stay Michelle went above and beyond for my dad and I. I have never experienced this level of customer service! would recommend this place without a doubt and will stay here when I come back.

The hotel is super clean and decorated so nice. It’s very quiet and spacious. I appreciate the affordable price when I’m visiting my daughter at IU—if there’s anything at all going on at IU (games, parent weekend, mom/dad weekends at the frats/sororities) the hotels in Bloomington are so inflated.

The facilities were clean, the location is excellent and parking was always available on site.

Nothing to suggest at this time. No issues at all during our visit.

The rooms were very large and were beautiful with the exposed brick and hardwood floors. The bed is probably the best I have ever slept in. I also appreciated the large bathroom with walk-in shower.

Can't think of anything of any substance that could have been better. We go to Martinsville several times a year to visit family and usually stay at a standard motel... NEVER AGAIN. Will book our future stays with Brickhouse Loft.

We were in the handicap room and there were lights on all night in the adjacent parking lot that kept us up. No way to block it out no matter how I arranged the curtains.

Location, decor, very clean, has everything we needed. Would be a great option for couples, friends or families traveling together, yet still wanting individual space and privacy.

The door on Suite 8 stuck a bit so it was hard to “quietly” enter or exit our suite.
