The staff was awesome; friendly, helpful, knowledgeable

The drawers on our dresser kept opening for no reason. In the dark night, we could've wrecked into them getting to the bathroom. We told the clerk about it when we left. Both of us have full knee replacements and hitting an open drawer would be very painful. The clerk said they knew about the problem. Some simple shims under the front legs of the dresser might solve the problem. The only other thing was that the exercise open wasn't open when we wanted to use it. Not sure why it's not available 24/7.

Location good, prices way better than in Terre Haute, which is where I originally looked for a place to stay for one night. Very clean accommodations, interior bright and well tended, room very comfortable and AC unit was really quiet, way better than a Hampton Inn we stayed in earlier in the week. And very quiet room location, much appreciated. Bathroom had very nice towels and plenty of them. Breakfast offered quite a variety of foods, plus Chobani yogurt which I really like and never see at hotels. No to-go coffee lids, asked attendant who was very pleasant but she said hotel was out.

Despite my booking.com confirmation, it took a long time to get checked in. they had my room key and receipt in their hand but “couldn’t find the reservation in the system.” 20 mins later we were walking up to our room after the clerk “refreshed the desktop”. I called for more towels, which never came, and I think the clerk tried to call us hours later to see if we still wanted them, but we all were asleep, awoken by the phone ringing twice, and that was that. the mini lotion bottle was also 3/4 empty and upside down on the bathroom counter. I’m all for conservation, but it was slightly unsettling knowing I was left someone’s partially used lotion.

Great breakfast, it was well tended to and kept up with even during the weekend rush. Beds and pillows were comfortable and rooms were cleaned daily. Super convenient location to C-C arena. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers.

My room was clean, elevator worked well, easy parking close to door. The coffee was good, and decaff was available.

My bathtub drain was very slow. The breakfast was limited- there were pancakes, which were good, but the hot things that I expected— eggs, home fries, toast/ bagels, etc were not available the morning I was there. The toaster was inoperable.

Had an emergency come up so didn't get to really stay all night. The staff was understanding and amazing with helping me get on my way quickly.

Rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was very good with lots of options.

The only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. We delt with it and it's not that big of a deal. It's the only thing I could think of.

Staff was very helpful even when we booked another night due to possible bad weather. When there was a break in the weather we decided to leave. They key let us out of second night

The Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was good and bed was comfortable

The jets in the hot tub did not work. When we reported it the staff said that maintenance knows but does not know how to fix it.

The omelets were good. My daughter liked the pancakes!!

Had to ask for coffee to be replaced and took quite some time for the gravy. Biscuits were burnt. Had to also ask for silverware.
