The cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. Morning hot breakfast.

upon entering in late night the front desk clerk’s attention was on another guest conversing with someone else while registering my sister and I into the Hotel. Also I wanted to see the market items available for snacks. I found the list and as I was looking at the price she ask did I need help. I replied no , because I was looking at the price for the items sold in the hotel store. I think the prices were very expensive. The ottomans were not a good choice for seating in the rooms . I would have preferred standard chairs in the room. thank you for your listening ear 😀

The staff was excellent and accommodating. We had an unusual circumstance of having our car break down and needing to buy another one while we were there. We were willing to pay for another night’s stay during the day to hold our belongings, but the staff kindly let us use an open board room to store our stuff in. Front beginning to end, they did a great job in recommending local car services, and we so flexible and super helpful! I’d give them 10+ stars for all their help and excellent customer service above and beyond!

Clean, everything needed was there for a short stay, breakfast serves the purpose, 30 min to downtown Chicago, great value

internet access process terrible, connection is terribly hard, in only after back2back tries and then you may easily get disconnected, if you can connect then it is ok, works fine but getting connected is painful. If internet is very important think twice... only thing I was unhappy about...

Great place to stay with the family. Queen Room was clean,comfy and spacious. The fitness room had a variety of cardio machines, dumbbell rack set and weighted balls. The pool area w/ hot tub was clean, towels stocked and the background music made the place feel inviting. Breakfast was great! Waffles with hot eggs and bacon!

The pillows were a little too soft and went flat easily. Hot tub bubbles weren't working.

The location was perfect as we were attending an event in downtown Chicago but there was no hotel availability due to multiple Taylor Swift concerts that weekend. It was a short pleasant commute from the hotel into the South Side where our event was taking place. Also loved that there was a brew pub right next door - perfect!

Would have loved different pillows.

I really enjoyed the fact that I felt safe at this location and the room was amazing and everyone was so friendly. It was located close to the interstate that I needed to travel back-and-forth and made it very convenient. Also the waffle machine is the bomb thank you so much for the amazing hospitality.

Only thing I would have enjoyed would have been a sauna but outside of that, thumbs up all the way🙂 I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very nice and in the right location. In the heart of every thing. The staff is really nice. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

I did not like the breakfast!!! It is nasty, the sausage was over cooked. The potatoes are nasty as well. The milk didn’t taste right.They should make different foods sometimes.

I was the Father Of The Bride and my room wasn't ready when I showed up but was cleaned and readied within 10 minutes.

I realize there was a shortage of help but I had close friends and family that missed the wedding after waiting for hours to get their rooms ready. I had a very close friend denied a room after he was told that his room wasn't ready just yet and they were told to give them some time to ready it. He came back later and they rented his room to someone else and they had to drive home drunk!!! He booked well over a month in advance under my daughter's wedding code, no excuse! : ((((((

The rooms are exceptionally clean. Sealed at the door certifying it's sanitized. Guest services are kind and professional. The hotel is beautiful physically. The beds are so comfortable. And the carpet is clean. That is a plus!

The restroom sink is not functional. Sometimes fancy can be dumb. Breakfast only offer ham and bacon omelets...what if you don't eat pork? They gave my husband a portion of oatmeal that my 3 year old grandson could eat lol (2 taps literally) I mean breakfast included have choices for meatless or pork free diets besides oatmeal.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room (room 110), the breakfast was perfect. unfortunately we were only there for one night, we would have stayed longer
