Very comfortable Suite - Room 903. Large lovely bed, two televisions, kitchen equipped with sink, microwave and fridge/freezer. Large very clean bathroom - sink, toilet and shower. Breakfast was delicious. Shahrukh - great guy - Receptionist told me about the zTrip car service which I used for all my travels to different locations during my stay in Indianapolis. Lady called Nita - working on the floor level - with all the hotel guests - was very friendly, helpful and professional.

There was nothing at all that I didn't like. Feedback, you classify your beautiful Hotel as 3-Star. From my experience staying in the Embassy Suites by Hilton many many years ago for business trips with Eli Lilly and my recent stay from 13th - 24th September for my vacation, I would classify your Hotel as 5-Star!!!!! *****

I loved how the inside of the hotel was open and the see through elevators were really cool. The breakfast was fantastic. Not only was it included in the price, but the variety was something I have never seen at a hotel.

The hotel was not booked up at all because it was Christmas Eve however our room was not available at 4PM. The room I specifically asked for was not available either. I was supposedly upgraded to another room but it was the same room I had booked just on a different floor. The pool area was nice because it had just been remodeled but the floor surface was VERY slippery. It is not if but when someone IS going to slip and fall

I love the breakfast, staff was very friendly, they messaged you frequently to check on you. I love the evening complimentary drinks and snacks. Free and the indoor pool and hot tub awesome.

The room wasn’t clean till I left. They didn’t come to ask if we needed towels or if we wanted our trash picked up. We had to call and ask. And the $50 a day parking that we had to park for. That was extra expensive we weren’t expecting and we were told online that parking was free.

Hotel fulfilled our expectations, clean, facilities were good, breakfast service offered a good selection of food and drinks that appeased us and our children. There was a bar offering food and drink for the evenings if you don't fancy a trip out, again which worked well with us and our children, and they also offered take away for your room. Staff were polite and friendly. Hotel location was ideal in the City centre for what we were doing on our trip and just a short walk from the zoo.

Not particualty much to dislike, the room view wasn't great, it overlooked the inner sides of a couple of buildings and plant areas, but we didn't come for the view but as a base for the location. The hotel entrance was concealed from the street and a little undesired in what felt like the inside of a parking garage and seemed like there was building work going on - but this wouldn't stop us staying here again for all the reasons we liked about the hotel

The breakfast was good. Had more food than I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for the family activities that we had plan. I felt safe walking around town, including when walking thru the parking garage. My grandkids had a blast in the pool. The hotel room we had was a good size and comfortable traveling with my 2 pre teen grand children. I was able to get a good sleep while they were up most of the night..

The room could use a little maintenance. The bathroom door would not stay shut. The water for the pool and hot tub was cold. The kids had a blast however the pool was too cold for me to get into in the hot tub was not hot enough.

Breakfast and evening cocktails were very good and appreciated. Room being a suite was very comfortable. Hotel is walking distance to alot of great places to eat. Hotel is connected to mall and other shopping places.

Place is under construction. Hard to find your way around the facility. Other people staying also had troubles and was also seeking directions. Have to drive up a ramp to entrance of hotel. You are unloading on level 3. Hotel registration desk is located on Level 4. Not very well marked.

I enjoyed being able to relax away from home. Hotel was busy however, I was able to enjoy breakfast as well as the reception. Comfortable beds and spacious room. The park structure had a ton of space although it was packed

Have quick access to the pool. The front desk person was like a gatekeeper of the pool on Saturday night. My husband and I waited for a few minute to get into the pool, however, we were tired of waiting after a few minutes and did not get a chance to get into the pool

The location was great since we had to go to lucas stadium for the ffa convention. The hotel was kind of hard to find to check in. I have to say you have an amazing employee named Dwayne at the front desk. He was very helpful and friendly. He helped navigate me and my family to where we needed to go and directions since we were from out of state. Again I can't say enough about his customer service and I do that for a living also. He made it very easy and less confusing.

Nothing really. Hotel was kind of hard to find to check in. We had to ask for help to find the front desk.

Everything was superb. I’ve never been to a hotel that texted me several times during my week’s stay just to check if I needed anything. If my room was ok. I couldn’t believe it. Exceptional!

Not a big deal, but on check out day, house keeping came quite early. It was the one day I got to sleep late, but that’s not a negative. They were just doing their job.

Location to Lucas Stadium. Inside very clean. Jeff the bartender. Front desk staff, hot tub, pool! Breakfast but need variety.

Price was supposed to be $711 for three nights, charged $1084. when i arrived. 🥶🥶🥶. Arrival area very disgusting. Cigarette butts everywhere. Should have designated smoking area with smokeless butt disposal. (We are non smokers). night snacks were terrible, hummus! yuk! same snack two nights in a row! needed variety of veggies and fruit!
