Convenient location to Lucas oil stadium

The bathroom in the room needs updated/freshened up. The paint was peeling and there was mildew along the corners/ceilings.

The location downtown was perfect, close to great fine dining as well as casual eateries and bars. The customer service was wonderful, especially Check-in with Hannah! She just made us feel so special and was welcoming every day along with the other staff. I can recommend the coffee bar and the breakfast buffet, they were really good. We had drinks and appetizers at the bar and they were good as well. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

Be aware that Omni is located downtown and of course with the convenience comes the extra cost of parking...the valet is around$53.00 per night, but they were very accommodating and helpful!

The hotel is in a beautiful building and has cozy decor in the lobby. The rooms are nice with comfy beds and nice toiletries (the Omni partners with Nest and the shampoo and body wash were "Sicilian orange" which smells amazing). There was plenty of space in the room for two of us and our bags for the Indy 500. The hotel location is very central to Indianapolis and the city is pretty walk-able. The valet was easy to use as well.

I like the two beds and the spacing of everything. I do believe that the room was a little small for the amount of people that we had in the room. But it was nice and I really like the view out of the windows and how everything was. The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants , the Indiana convention center, and to the mall.

The room was a little small and because I had my children I didn’t like the glass tables and the mirror on the closet. The closet was small and the glass doors only opened a small space.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful, offering water to us while we checked in and then later helping us determine if their shuttle would take us to the zoo.

It was just a little thing but the bathroom wallpaper was peeling a bit and there was nowhere for you to put your towel while you were in the shower so that it was in easy reach, so we had to put it on top of the toilet, which is not very sanitary.

The hotel lobby bar and breakfast were superb! Gym was decent. The rooms were quite large! Good closet space, iron and ironing board were appreciated.

Checked in on a busy weekend and had to wait quite a while to get into the room. The wifi required you to pay in order to get it to work, but we got reimbursement. The showers need upgrading, very old configuration and leaks were hard to stop. The beds need updating too, mattresses were quite soft and allowed too much movement, waking the other person every time you moved.

We had a nice view of Union Station and the room layout was great! A small sitting area and 2 queen beds were perfect for us. The staff was amazing, and we were there to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday, we were greeted with a small (DELICIOUS) chocolate cake and a nice Birthday card. What a nice surprise for my mom!

More towel hooks in the bathroom, there was only one on the back of the door. The bathroom is very small, so having two ladies with a bunch of toiletries was a challenge, but that is just being picky. The A/C was a bit loud when it kicked in.

I enjoyed the view and staff. The location is excellent as well.

I have several complaints about the room. There was damaged furniture. The bed was nice. But when we took off everything, there was wine stains on the bed. The bathroom and shower were fine. I wish there was a fan to turn on while the shower was running. For the money, I had paid for the room, I wish it was better. Details matter in a stay. I understand that repairs can be expensive, but these small details should be taken care of at a highly rated hotel.
