I called and talked to Lindsey. She was awesome let her know my situation of not having water at my residence and needed a room before 4. I went on website it booked me she couldn't find it she made it her priority to dig deeper found my name and a room within minutes. Her personality was TOP of the line. The room was clean and ready. Also once I got settled ALEX made it a priority to text me and ask if I needed anything. This team was awesome and if I ever want to go to a room I will pick her. Loved everything about it. Breakfast was delicious and the choices were awesome. The staff in the dining area was also top notch. I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks so much guys. Please let Lindsey know I recognized her she deserves it.

No issues at all

The staff was friendly from the minute we walked in the door, until the moment we checked out and left. The room was clean and awesomely appointed, looking like we were the first guests to ever stay in the room. The shower was great, hot water immediately available with great pressure.

The elevator’s could have been functionally faster and vacuumed more often, this was a small concern that wouldn’t effect a return to this hotel.

Location was very convenient.Malinda is excellent. Nice to see her kind and happy face in the morning. The evening meals were great. I especially loved the chef who prepared the tomato bisque soup -enjoyed him so much -so personable!! Sorry I didn’t catch his name - a short black man who is so kind -so sad he had just run out of the soup one nite and made a special attempt to have it for me the next nite. Really wonderful to have such great staff available. Thank you so much!! Will be looking forward to returning to Indy Hilton Garden Inn in August. Thank You.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was very quite during the night and morning. The desk staff and waitress were super helpful and accommodating.

The property is dated. The elevators look dirty, with scratches and old carpet. We could not enter the building through the side doors with our room key in the evening.

A buffet or plated option was nice. We upgraded the hotel deal to include breakfast and both options were included with that. The buffet offered plenty of options for all.

The expense to park the car. Mostly out of Hilton’s control but it was pricier to park than I expected but the parking garage was less than block away.

The room was really spacious. We had two separate areas where the kids could run around and it didn't feel crowded. The hotel was near EVERTHING, we could walk almost everywhere we needed to go downtown.

Everything was perfect. The staff was great, the valet was on point. The rooms smelled clean and we saw staff cleaning A LOT !

Staff are awesome. Very helpful at checkout process since we were attending a conference but valet parked and didn't want to move our vehicle. Very helpful with answering questions.

Workout room temperature was too hot. Did not have hot tub in pool area. Beds are not really comfortable.

The beds were super comfortable! Big TV, the rooms were super clean, the bathrooms were spacious and clean. The linens smelled freshly washed. The fridge was cold. There’s even USB ports in case you forget your wall charger to charge your devices. They have black out curtains that actually black the room out. Oh and the AC is COLLLLLLD. Which is amazing.

The ONLY issue (if you can call it an issue since we’re in the middle of downtown) is the noise. The walls weren’t too bad but the windows are extremely thin and you can hear every noise. The windows were shaking as cars with loud music drove by. I mean like aggressively rattling. But that’s also the price you pay the stay in the heart of downtown. I would suggest if you sleep with a noise maker like we do, to bring it.

I liked the location very much. The hotel is located near many restaurants and other attractions.

The room was comfortable, but a little smaller than I thought it would be. Also, the room was starting to show some age. The carpet seemed a little dated.

It was close to the venue we had tickets for. The Murat Theater. About a 15 min stroll, or $5 Uber ride. Close to the Monument. Walking distance 3 mins. Linda at the front desk was very helpful.

Paid too much, found it cheaper AFTER I booked on this site. Shower was moldy, didn't use it!
