I loved everything! This was definitely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everyone was so friendly and the whole hotel was just gorgeous. I was in shock by how big our room was and had a blast in the pool!

Really the only thing I didn’t like about the stay was the fact that there was a bunch of college kids parting in a room on our floor. There was also a room by the elevator that was being used for classes or lectures or something and Everytime we went to go somewhere it felt as if we were being starred down by them. Other than that everything was great!

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I'm picky about the air conditioners when I change the room temperature, they're generally close to bed and I can't sleep with the roaring a/c sound. The a/c's were in the sitting area and was very easy to adapt without much sound in the bedding area. The showers were large and clean. The services were spotless. The housekeeping people and the reception personnel was very kind. It's in a central location where everything is near. Indianapolis was cold when I was there and we didn't want to go out. The bar downstairs had a nice lounge and was very good to chat with friends without having to go out. I didn't have breakfast on purpose, because every restaurant was nearby. So, I cannot say anything about that.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were great with modernized usb ports etc.

Would have like to use the pool but the air itself was so full of chlorine that my eyes watered and the floor of the pool itself was dirty (I didn't go in but you could see gross dirt on the steps into the water

this location is clean with comfy beds for in central convenient location. staff is extremely accommodating, as well as friendly/personable. room service exceeded expectations. we enjoyed a nice dinner at McCormick and Schmidt steak house. it left a little more to be desired. when my in room coffee maker didn’t work, staff welcomed me down for a coffee on them. the accountability for broken coffee machine, and gesture was appreciated. overall I was happy with my stay and the hospitality provided by staff at Hilton Indianapolis.

Wonderful stay for a quick 2 day 1 night trip with husband and son. Great location (city walking to monuments, great dinner at Weber grill, TJ Maxx store for items we forgot to pack for our 5 year old, and driving to the Children's Museum. Starbucks around the corner, and a decent donut shop) Great amenities (The pool was warm, with other kids to play with friendly parents, and open late for late night swims. The front desk didn't overcharge for ibuprofen, and assisted blankets, towels, etc. HBO on the TV. Refrigerator available. The fitness room had plenty of cardio machines (a lot of ellipticals in particular, free weights, kettle balls, exercise balls, nautilus malchine) Our suite was phenomenal, comfortable bed, and pull out couch. Nice water pressure in the shower. Everything felt clean. Had a television in both rooms. Valet parking was convenient, or they offer self parking if you prefer. The whole stay was quiet and relaxing.

The only thing I would have asked is to stay another day! We had to get home, but would've loved to stay longer the hotel was so nice.

Perfect location. Very large, spacious, clean rooms with lots of amenities. Big and clean bathroom. Refrigerator, flat screen TV, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Always clean lobby. Absolutely top.

If there is anything at all to mention, it is that the windows are perhaps a little too old and could be better insulated.

extremely slow wifi- made working impossible! when we brought it to the attention of to the front desk, they gave us the number to call AT&T for troubleshooting! I didn’t understand why did I have to call! Eventually after speaking with the manager, we were moved to a different room “closer to the router”. We appreciate it the new room, it was a lot bigger … but….we still had to purchase premium wifi one of the days, because we were still experiencing difficulty connecting.

The room was big and we had plenty of room to move around. Then room was clean and ready when we arrived. The customer service was great and so was valet parking. The breakfast was good but a little expensive. The staff was very nice at breakfast.

Nothing ,everything was great. Wish we could of stayed longer. The TV channels werent all that great.

The pillows & bed were very comfortable. The soaps & lotion smelled lovely! Being an older building, the upkeep was well noticed. The room service

The carpet was so dirty our socks turned black. The bed was made with the comforter at top by our faces. Not only was that an annoyance but it made me feel like they didn't take their time cleaning/ preparing our room. The towels smelled like they were in the room for a long time.

The room and bathroom were big, clean, and well laid out. Staff was great! Within walking distance of a lot of things to do. The elevators take you to your floor quickly. The valet service is well worth it!

Mini fridge was not running when we got to the room, so our water and sodas warmed up until the fridge cooled down, which took a while. No big deal though. There were also very loud people shouting in the hallway and slamming doors after midnight.. Made it rough to get to sleep.
