I really like the property. The room was very nice. They just didn’t seem to have enough staff. We had to wait at the front desk both when we got there and when we checked out. Also when we checked in there was only one valet. Also the breakfast sounded better than it was, for example the hash browns were nuke warm, dry and had no flavor. All things considered not bad but that’s why I give it a 4 star rather than 5 star. If you fix those things you would get a five star.

The hotel architecturally was beautiful. It's what I love about traveling and staying in old buildings that have been refurbished. The lobby was open and warm. The bare brick walls were a tribute to its past. The room had plenty of space to spread out and get comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of options. Would definitely stay here again. Hotel was centrally located, walkable to many restaurants and sites.

We didn't have any issues. Were able to get additional towels, valet was able to have our car upfront and ready even at 2 a.m. First class location.

The staff was professional and very welcoming. My car didn’t meet the height clearance for hotel parking so I had to park across the street. That was actually cheaper and it was visible from my window. The suite was enormous and very clean.

Had some trouble with the very heavy doors, but I think most would. The only negative was the excessive noise from the muscle cars and motorcycles up and down the street, well after midnight. Definitely not a fault of the hotel.

Whitney the manager and April the desk attendant went way beyond all expectations. We had some issue with my bank on check in and these 2 ladies did literally everything in their power to fix it for us. They provided excellent service and were just amazing. All of the staff, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the cook at breakfast were just amazing. The room was gorgeous and comfy. It was an amazing experience all around.

Hotel was very nice. The atmospherics were pleasing. I like that the front door of the hotel locks at 10:00 p.m. and a key card is needed to get in. Front desk and valet staff were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It was nice having a bigger refrigerator in freezer in the room.

There were a lot of light switches in the room and it was hard to remember which lights went where. The freezer didn't make ice and there were no ice buckets in the room. Pillow started off great but flattened out quickly. Only overnight parking was ballet for an additional $40. Probably not a bad rate, just wasn't expecting that. Breakfast was okay, but nothing extraordinary. The pool was decent but had a weird taste when the water unfortunately got in my mouth.

The rooms were incredible and spacious. Beautifully decorated. The fridge, microwave and sink were helpful.

The door to the bathroom was a large barn style sliding door and was very hard to open. It actually came off its track completely and took 2 adults to get it back on due to its size and weight. It also had a gap which didn't give complete privacy. Small inconvenience to an overall great room!

Loved the continental breakfast. The room by far was our favorite part of the stay. Amazing water pressure in the shower and the size of the room was beyond perfect for myself, my wife and our son. If we travel to Indianapolis again we will definitely be staying at this location.

The only thing I would say we didn't like was there is no hot tub which we were all wanting to soak in.

location puts you in the middle of most attractions, good breakfast and room size outstanding

I asked for housekeeping to. one and change the sheets on the bed and they never came… request was made 3 times .. on our day of departure a woman opened our day and said are y’all checking out today 2 hours before check out time…

The location was perfect! We were in town to watch the LAKERS play the Pacers; and the Gainbridge Fieldhouse is literally right around the corner. The room was very clean; the beds were just as comfortable as ours at home. And the valet guys were amazing!!
