Staff was very friendly and helpful. Multiple staff members would always welcome us back when we came in! We were in town for a conference but had to leave early as both my roommates contracted covid. We originally booked room and parking for three days, but they allowed us to check out early and did not charge us for the last day. :) Free wifi worked better than you'd expect from a hotel.

Website is not clear that parking is $30 a night. Was not a surprise to us as we found this information in past reviews, but it would be nice to see upfront.

Jason at the front desk was exceptional. He was kind, caring, and compassionate. He predicted our needs and was able to satisfy us. We needed transportation at 0345 the next morning and he set it up for us. We were early and he accommodated us. We will be back as our first choice when we are in Indiana.

The room was not put back together after it was cleaned. The cushions on the couch were off and the shower drain was not in place. We chose the hotel based on reviews, especially bed comfort. It actually was not as comfortable as we expected.

The motel was within walking distance to the event I was attending

I chose this hotel because of the pool option however the pool in the motel was closed and there was a pool available at an adjacent motel in the Marriott bonvoy family that would provide pool privilege if space was available I felt like that was an inconvenience for the price i was paying for the weekend.so no I didn't utilize the pool option.

Great hotel, downtown and close to the business interests I had while staying there. I appreciated the quiet, comfortable rooms. Very clean and well-maintained.

Despite not sharing a parking area, they were charging $30 nightly to park in an open lot. If they had a garage nearby, I could understand the parking fee but an open lot with no working security gates did not seem to justify them charging for parking.

EVERYTHING!!! Room set-up and decor, location of this hotel (nice evening views), the amenities (restaurant, fridge and microwave, indoor pool, gym) and the EXCEPTIONAL staff!

Very clean and nice people

I don't like my card being charged gratuity (tip) for the comped breakfast. My room cost more to get the breakfast, and I was limited to what food I could get, and then charged a tip to my card on file. May as well went out for breakfast at that point.

At the gate to leave, there are bolts sticking up from the ground like something broke off. If you’re not paying attention, you could totally flatten your tires. One of the rooms I booked didn’t have any sheets or a blanket for the pull out bed and the phone in the room didn’t work to call the front.

The staff was very nice and helpful , it was very spacious for my family and we felt happy and satisfied with the room , all the restaurants and events that we had planned was close to us .

The room had some kind of red beverage stains on the curtain, sofa, and carpet upon arrival, but the staff sent someone right away to clean it, and no one let us know that room service will not clean the room because of Covid-19, they informed us after we asked

The value of the room was good but having to pay additional $30 parking per day was a first for us at any hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Another thing is the pillows are way too soft but beds are very comfortable.

I liked the way the room was laid out and I enjoyed the swivel TV mount and amenities. I felt safe and welcomed while I was there as well.

People above us were noisy, and one of the people working the front desk didn't seem to be very knowledgeable or good at his job. I also thought that the 30$ a day parking was a bit extreme, as it would drive away people who drove out of town to stay.
