We didn't have the breakfast as we woke up later in the morning and decided to have breakfast at a restaurant. On our second day my wife and I just had the coffee/tea service which was adequate before heading out. But, I'm sure it was sufficient enough with a variety as the other guests were having breakfast and looked satisfied. The lobby/breakfast area was comfortable and inviting and was a good space for its purposes.

The pillows were uncomfortable for my preference but that can be subjective. They were too bulky. Perhaps 2 sets of pillows that are different in firmness may be something to look into to accommodate travelers/guests. But, again not a deal breaker but possibly could've been remedied by guests bringing their own pillow or requesting at the front desks for a different pillow which I did not do on my visit.

The room was the perfect size for my husband and I and our travel needs. When we go to different cities, we don't tend to spend a lot of time in our room. The amenities at check in were perfect, and the hotel itself was so close to places that we want to visit next time we are in town. Breakfast the next morning was amazingly delicious, and there was a lot of room for eating and lounging before we drove home.

I did not like that we had to pay an additional $30 to park at the hotel, I feel like that should have been included in the nightly rate. If we were parking in a garage just to attend an event but not staying at the hotel, I could have understood the fee.

it was right in the city where I had planned it to be. it was walking distance to the city center mall. I loved that.

There wasn’t nothing that I didn’t like. The problem I had was when I got there the lady at the front desk. I believe was Emerelda. She told me I had cancelled the reservation. Which I did not. I just changed the date from the 6/15 to the 6/16 date. I had to call you all to get it straightened out. What had happened is I believe the lady (Natalia) at the hotel when I called had dropped the ball. She even told me she was new and Lettie was helping her. I don’t think she put the information on my account. The call was recorded. I had Anas from your company send Natalia an email. She quoted to me she had received it but I think she didn’t do anything with it. That was my only problem.

The room was massive and it was very well equipped. Had an iron, board, hair dryer. The hotel was less than 5 minutes away from Lucas Oil Stadium which was super convenient was me as I had a conference there. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Although the area was very quiet at night I was safe. They have hot coffee and hot water 24hr in the lobby which was great. Only 5 - 10 minutes walk to some famous eateries like Shapiro's and St. Elmo.

I would have appreciated bottled water as the nearest supermarket wasn't near. ALthough near Lucas Oil stadium, it was at least 15-20 minutes walk to the downtown area and grocery stores. Indy didn't not have public transport from the airport to the hotel so you might get a taxi. I was around $40-50 for me but I think it's much cheaper with Lyft/Uber.

The breakfast was great. A nice variety of items and the staff kept everything fully stocked and the area cleaned.

My AC unit was not working on night 1. I called down to the front desk to request assistance. They sent someone up around 11:30 who said he was not a maintenance guy and couldn't help us. We were in the hot room with the temperature at 77 degrees all night. Woke up with a headache, the day of my Master's graduation. Was not pleased about this. They did get it resolved the following day.

Close by to race Venue. Nice clean hotel. If I were staying for a colts game, it’s the perfect hotel since it’s literally a hop skip and jump away. Unlimited In and out privileges from garage. I liked the shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower. I had left my soap at home. I loved the welcome message on the TV.

Further from the downtown action if we wanted to walk to dinner. The walk back would be a bit unnerving at night. The breakfast was a bit lacking for me. The hard boiled egg tasted funny but The scrambled eggs were good.

it was my 21st birthday, and you guys knocked it out of the park!!! you guys were all so understanding and let my parents have early access to set up gifts and had someone personally make a bear out of a towel and rose petals in the shape of a heart(my parents supplied)I have never had an experience like that. the hotel also let us late check out at 1 pm and even let us park in their parking lot for the day while we rode (Bird scooters). The lobby is very nice aswell they have a very good selection of snacks for late nights and ice cream and BBQ chicken sandwiches, they also had free coffee and free hot Chocolate which me and my girlfriend got a cup and sat in the lobby which is something we normally don’t do but it was so relaxing and calming even with a few other families in the lobby. they had a work out room and 2 foosball tables. our room was on the 7th floor and it didn’t have the best view but the room and shower it’s self made up for it big time, we love hot showers and it was just that, and the bed was huge. you guys truly made my 21st birthday something to remember and we will be back!!! only thing I wish we could add was a pool or even a hot tub but it was an amazing stay and me and my girlfriend had an amazing time 15/10

The location is great! It's downtown and close to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Lucas Oil Stadium, and all of the downtown restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was good and staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were very clean, but a little small. The hotel itself was very clean and inviting.

Parking! We paid $30 per night to park in their parking garage, but there aren't enough spaces so we had to find off street parking a block away. Being that I am handicapped, that walk was horrible. They did, however; return the $30 parking fee without arguing with us like other hotels have.

Everything about this stay was great, from the rooms to the facilities and the breakfast. The staff kindly let us check in early so we could get on with exploring which I appreciate greatly. I'd highly recommend this stay for anyone attending events at the Lucas Oil Stadium.

Nothing at all really. I really can't fault them. Apart from the stadium, there's not too much around. You have to walk 10 mins down the road to find restaurants in the city centre. But honestly, it was a great stay.

Breakfast was good, I enjoyed it. The hotel was excellent, it was New/Modern, clean the staff was very accommodating to all of our needs. We chose the Hotel for its location to the Football field for the game. We make this a recuring trip every year and will be staying at this Hotel only.

There were only two things that i think could have been better. The first one was the drop off area, it is difficult to get into if you are driving and don't know the Hotel. The second is a personal choice, I am a Pepsi Man and all they had was the other kind. LOL!!!!!
