The breakfast room was Ok but less capacity, Breakfast option not meeting expectations/repetition of the same food Cleanliness was the issue there were bugs in my room, I have a 1-year-old baby who picked up the worm when I asked the receptionist was her answer was oh it's season,I will give you extra fifty points --- seriously, my baby's life was endangered. Before that when I first came The receptionist was racist and rude and tried to make fun with my Accent and did not take the name right and despite showing him my reservation number he said I am at the wrong facility. Your facility was good but need to work out

Loved the location and that the site had private parking at a low price compared to other hotels in the area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the front desk to housekeeping. The rooms and the fitness area were very clean. It snowed during my stay and the parking lot was cleared very quickly as well as the hotel entry.

My only complaint was that it's not very quiet. Traffic or people talking outside and other room's doors slamming shut, could be easily heard. There was a leak that they were using a bucket to catch the water. I stayed 4 nights and the bucket was there the whole time. Not a good look.

The tv room was a hit for the kids in our group. Really great for them to have a space to hang out separate from the lobby area where the parents congregated. The pool was a fun activity for the kids after long days. Great location to walk downtown and to the event at JW Marriot that we attended. Such pleasant and helpful staff! They had answers for all my questions.

The chairs in the lobby - the ones with arms - are exactly the size for a child-sized tush. Not at all accomodating for grown up bottoms. I noticed at breakfast that most adults were perched on the edge of those chairs. Donate those to an elementary school and get some new ones - unless your plan is for people to NOT be comfortable and not linger too long? 😉

My kids say they liked the pool. It was very close to everything we wanted to do (mall,zoo, etc.) Good restaurants next door. The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and tidied up each day. Great breakfast.

Parking lot isn’t the biggest. The garage is there I know. Not a huge deal. This is not necessarily “property” but about the biggest negative I would give would be for the price of snacks in the little snack room. Would’ve bought more stuff if prices weren’t quite so high.

The hotel was close to a gas station and the convention center. It was very very clean inside and the upkeep and maintenance was well shown throughout. The breakfast had a great variety however I wish they had scrambled eggs everyday and not just cheese omelets because not everyone likes cheese. Besides that one tiny tiny thing the rooms were very clean, the hallway smelled very nice and you felt secure inside the building. Also the staff was very pleasant and helpful. There was enough parking and if there wasn't any outside the lot you could go in the garage next door.

Convenient location to the TCU Amphitheater where the concert we were attending was located. Shuttle provided until 10pm for $5 per person. 15 minute walk after concert. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast included. Close to several restaurants and other venues. Pool warm. On site, very close parking.

Room was quite expensive. Also charged 100 deposit upon arrival. Charged 25 dollar parking fee. Hot tub smelled very strong of bleach.

I liked the cleanliness and the breakfast was a huge plus. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and convenient for the conference I was attending.

The AC in the room was noisy and made rattling noises but, once I fell asleep, it barely bothered me. The coffee machine in the room didn't work too but that was okay as there was coffee and all the supplies near the front desk.

First day had bacon or sausage and biscuits and gravy second day no gravy or bacon only sausage wasn't very many good options second day and they have no sugar free creamer for people who can't have sugar! The lighting in the bathroom is dark so I couldn't put on my makeup. We were right by elevators so we heard those going everytime someone used them but every thing else was good.

The mirrors and breakfast options second day also our view was the main road and pool is cold don't know what it isn't heated

The Location was excellent to where we had to go. The Breakfast was awesome and several choices.

The only downside was an Early check in request. I called as we hit the road coming in and Specifically asked will we have a room when we arrive at 7:15-30; I was assured that we would. That didn't happen, we had to wait about an hour/ hour and a half to get the room.

Absolutely convenient to LOS for a Friday night football game. The stadium across the street. An excellent restaurant behind the hotel. Downtown is also within walking distance!! When checking in, receptionist was very friendly and helpful!!!

That we had to pay to park. BUT!! Because of its location it's understandable why. We made the choice to stay!
