Comfort Suites Terre Haute University Area

Great location and comfortable room.

Apparently, the elevator had just been serviced. This was the only way to get luggage to the 2nd floor other than carrying it up a flight of stairs. When it arrived after going up to the 2nd floor with me and my luggage in it, it jerked very hard up and down 3 or 4 times, making the experience nerve wracking, and I wondered if it would plunge to the ground. The manager explained that the oil was settling into the gearing and it needed time. Still not a pleasant experience.

I like that it's located by alot of restaurants and places to shop😊 I liked that there was someone at the desk at all times,The staff was friendly,the hotel was clean and welcoming,I would book at this location again.

I didn't like that the room I had you can tell they hadn't cleaned in the corner of the walls in awhile the webs were so thick and big and we came across a big black ant in our room.

The price was right. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good.

The young softball girls running in the hallways past 11pm with no parent supervision. There wasn't really anything the staff could do. They tried calling the rooms but no one would answer because it seemed the parents were outside by the pool.

Location stuff size of the room was great but for 3 days of stay here no room service no clean towels I've chanced my own garbage bags and i did vacuumed my own room because poor old man hou spouse the clean the rooms had 0 English and on other think is that I've open the windows for a fresh air in to room oh brother I've had a bug cemetery with many other critchers inside the windows frame it was mine buggaling to me that no one ever opened and clean that windows for sure...

Room service daily.clean the showers better. cleaning your windows once a year wont hurt you especially get ready these dead bugs from your windows frame please.Couch in the leaving area has visible stains all over it was disgusting I did wiped the chair before I seat on it and you would not want the see the wipes how dirty it was...Over all defianatly not a $100 a night hotel😣😣😥😥

It was a really nice place to stay in Terre Haute. It was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. The breakfast was eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles and all the continental items.

They were out of coffee and biscuits and we were in a hurry.

Very comfortable bed with nice pillows. Good location.

I could hear noises from other suites very easily. Especially from the one above us. Bathroom could use some updating. Especially the bath and shower

Breakfast was included 😋 & my kids love pool.

The rooms has some want sense smells when you enter the rooms.

Fresh decor, excellent bed linen and a very comfortable bed

Room entry door drags and hard to latch. Bathroom door knob loose and will not lock nor latch.

Clean nice quiet

The toilet seat in our room was loose. The pool was a little on the chilly side.
