Everything except the theft of a jacket.
Shortly after we checked out my mom realized she forgot an expensive jacket in the room. Called to inquire about it and was told it had not been turned in and was not located in the room (they went up to check and called us back). Cleaning staff was right outside our room as we were leaving so in addition to the tip that was left for them they also got a nice fall jacket (I'm assuming).

Booked because my granddaughter wanted to swim. Was told after I checked in that the pool was closed. If I would have known before I would have went elsewhere.

It was quiet - you couldn’t hear the traffic, friendly/ helpful staff, clean rooms, loved that there were shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower, and an excellent array of breakfast foods! The price was so reasonable! we would definitely stay here again.

It was clean and comfortable and breakfast was great. There was a lot of options for the food. I ate the sausage gravy and biscuits. They had eggs and sausage and waffles juice milk cereal and pastries. Staff was very nice.
That the pool was closed. My daughter was looking forward to swimming. The price was a bit steep. Wish was a discount for no pool.

Elevator needed some fixing up. The room was great except for the bathtub. It had stains on it and the floor of it looked like the non-slip surface was coming off.

The staff up front very friendly
The bathroom was kind of dirty, looked like toothpaste in the sink and on the faucets, there was a hole in the floor next to the bed it was covered with carpet but when I went to turn the light on I stumbled because of it. The pool was closed not sure why

The breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of food to eat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well appointed. The location was great, close to interstate and lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay there if we travel this way again.
