The A/C unit in my room was LOUD, and when I mentioned it to the gentleman behind the counter, he immediately found a vacant room for me to stay. Although it was technically an upgrade, I was not charged any extra costs. The room itself was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I didn't experience any noise from other guests at all. The breakfast was more than plenty (the biscuits & gravy were delicious!). I stayed 3 nights altogether, and if I ever need to spend time in Terre Haute again, I'll gladly sleep here again. I can't imagine any of the other hotels in the area can justify their prices (more than double) for a clean, quiet sleep vs the price paid here. It's not the Marriott, but neither is the bill!

My only complaint really was the smell in the elevator and the fact that the mini fridge didn't have a freezer (for my ice-pack). However, there are ice machines available if needed. I did notice an unpleasant scent on the floor as well, however I can say with confidence that it was due to some of the guests...

Our first stay in a Sleep Inn was impressive enough for us to stay in one again. The room was large and clean and the check-in staff friendly.

I don't like having to agree to an upfront charge of $150 for damages, which I didn't see when booking the room while en route. Even if it's in the "fine print," it should be noted in the "Details" when booking as it would have been a "deal breaker" for me. We've stayed in dozens of hotels during a 4-week road trip from the Northeast to Utah and back, and we've only had to agree to a $25 fee for "incidentals," and that was only twice. The ingress to the hotel needs improvement, too. There is no sign for the hotel at the turn into the driveway that is shared with several other businesses.

Many of the hotels in locations similar to this property are overrun with druggies & seem run down. Not the Sleep Inn. It is very well kept & & the rooms are super clean. The bathroom was pretty much spotless & the bed was very comfortable and had fresh clean sheets. There was no lingering smell of smoke in the room like you find in many similarly priced hotels. I think the Sleep Inn is one of best values I've run across.

The breakfast was good. We found it difficult to find. We missed the turn and had to turn around and come back. More signage would be helpful because we didn’t see the building clearly from the street. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The girl at the desk did not give us a clear understanding of the damage deposit we had to pay to stay at the Sleep Inn. The motion light was disturbing during the night when going to the washroom. The motion light would disturb the person who was sleeping when one would go to the washroom.

Very comforting affordable clean room. Front desk was very nice when checking out and extended breakfast so we could have breakfast before we left.

Check in could have been more friendly but she did help me get a closer room because of health issue. Thank you very appreciated. Didn't like the little phones used at check in. Looked like a cell phone . Breakfast is from 6-9 should be till 10. But front check out extended breakfast for us. because I checked out a little after 9 .

For its price, this place is great. Room was clean. Front desk and staff were friendly- they always had a smile on. Breakfast was great and clean: make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, juice (apple, cranberry, orange), milk, cereals (raisin bran, cornflakes, cheerios), coffee, variety of toasts and muffins. Location was also accessible, parking seemed safe.

The staff is always friendly. The facilities are clean. Because I travel with an elderly person, the staff always make sure that I have a first floor room and not too far from the exits.

This room did not have a luggage rack or a sitting chair besides the office chair. We didn't have enough seats to get dressed comfortably.

Good location, loads of restaurants close by. Easy parking. Friendly staff, nice breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Strange think.....in the bedroom there was a movement activated light by the door, it was like a spotlight and the same in the bathroom. Pretty disconcerting in the middle of the night. Not a huge problem. We covered the sensors.

From the time I got there until I checked, all was great. The staff were friendly, they answered all my questions. I was able to do an early check in, which was great, because I had been traveling all night. Food was good in the hotel.

I had to ask for more towels when I had used all of those in the room, I figured due to Covid, they were not cleaning the rooms while quest were in them . The bathtub stopper did not work, the tub was kinda of slippery for m e at my age.

see heater above. tv did not work even after walking to front desk three times for new remotes one had no batteries in it I gave up and couldn’t call office on room phone didn’t connect following directions on the phone not sure I like the auto light systems might be I just don’t know how to use them but twice when getting up to hit the John during the middle of the night it automatically turned on the room wall light which woke up my partner not cool
