Really liked the location and cleanliness. Loved the availability of shelves in the bathroom, TV area, and nightstands. Kitchenette came with some dishes and I found it thoughtful to have a big cabinet of appliances, games, movies, etc. to borrow. I didn’t think about parking, but they gave a free parking pass. The hotel was in a nice location that was a 5 min walk from ISU and a nice cafe/eats.

Not an even number of utensils in the kitchenette - I had 2 spoons and a fork. If you get a room in the center of the building, your view is another room’s window as the building is shaped like a boxy O or 8 maybe.

Overall the location is great near many things including food, entertainment, campus, and convention center. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property felt safe and secured.

There was a bit of noise that carried through from the streets below and the tub was clean but seemed a little dingy. I've stayed here before with more economical rates, but this time the rate per night was much higher.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The WIFI didn’t connect and the person in India trying to help was bad. The young lady at desk asked me bring it down and she called IHG tech and got it to login. Room cleaning young lady was friendly and did a fantastic job prepping room. Like see back parking better lit at night. Overall staff was great and beds slept amazing! I will stay here again if I come back to Terra Haite Indiana.

WiFi connect issue

The desk was very kind and able to answer any question I had The bed was different then last time we stayed Wayyyyyy more comfortable we tried to see what kind it was then left and forgot to ask

The price was a bit high for 12 hours Think about it got there at 6 pm left at 6 am Late check ins and early departures I have always thought should get a discount But I’m a bargain marketing person

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable! I especially loved having the mini kitchen and appliances to prepare quick meals instead of eating out. There are some very great restaurants just steps away. 

Staff were very friendly & helped us pick a location for dinner.

No ice machine on the floor we stayed. I was expecting breakfast as other Candlewood properties provide this. They did have a little store that offered frozen options that you could purchase & reheat in your room.

Centrally located in Terra Haute this hotel was perfect for our visit at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. The Studio like layout provides nice space and even a kitchen with basic equipment.

Staff was helpful, very attentive to requests, and very personable. Hotel was quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. All in all, it was just what we were looking for as the in-between stop of our two-day journey.

Room had a VERY slight smoke odor when first opening the door, but couldn't smell it once inside.

No breakfast available. We cooked in our room.

A little more forthcoming staff could have been helpful. Like advising on what to do in Terre Haute.

Downtown location is good for bars, restaurants and the Hulman Center

They only have surface parking and I was on my motorcycle. I had to park a block away due to storms, in a parking garage.
