There was a great woman who was very helpful. Her name was Brittany, and she was exceptional. Because of her, I will definitely be returning. There was also a night concierge on Saturday at around 2am he was very patient and understanding with my exhausted state after a 5hr drive. My kids loved the pool . The hottub was nice .👌

Finding a dry place of dog poop on the side of one of my beds. I have a 22 month old and I was upset . I checked, and it was the only dog dropping in the room . I almost forgot about the smell of the hallway on the 3rd floor off the elevator and to the left. It smells like a dirty dog or something. The first floor smells great. They should have a requirement of clean pets . If you bring a pet, please clean up after it.I have dogs, and I know that they only smell like that when they are not properly kept up.

The hot full breakfast was very nice. The fitness center was good. Liked the evening kickbacks. Had popcorn snack every evening… loved it. Easy interstate and town access.

When we arrived the laundry outdoor door was not fully closed (we happened to park next to it and my husband mistook it for a guest entrance and got to the interior hall through the laundry!). It remained that way overnight and we reported this serious security breach the next day. Finally we saw someone fixing the latch/lock and it was secured. Front desk people were unaware when we reported it but as long as it was not closed anyone could come and go through the laundry with full access to the whole facility.

Breakfast was yummy! The pool and hot tub were lovely. The door between the pool and the outdoor patio area was open, which was really nice. The popcorn machine was a hit with the kids. The overall design of the hotel was nice. My kids loved the balcony area overlooking the lobby. There is an Olive Garden nearby and we enjoyed the to go option.

There are only 7 luggage carts for this hotel and there seem to be at least 3 areas where they are left. We were never able to find one when we unloaded or loaded, so we had to lug our cooler in and out without a cart. I would recommend asking at the front desk if you can't find one, because they can see them on their video screens if they are in one of the vestibule areas. I wish the Kickback appetizer/dinner was open a bit later. We missed it (and the drinks) entirely because we arrived at 8:20. Please publish the hours more prominently; I had trouble finding them. Also, the pool and hot tub were crowded at night, so we went at 9am and had them both to ourselves. It was worth paying around $10 extra for this hotel (compared to others in the area) to have the hot tub.

The breakfast and dinners had good selection of food and times were perfect. The 3 free drinks vouchers were a bonus! The staff was on top of things and quick to replace food when low and keep areas clean. Everyone was friendly. We loved the popcorn machine!!

The pool area...the over powering smell of pool chemicals hits you like a brick wall when walking in. My eyes began to water and sting and it was hard to breathe. We had to prop the door to outside patio open for some fresh air to make it bearable. Only 3 small ceiling fans circulating on a low setting wasn't cutting it...better ventilation is needed. But my 10yr. old son did have fun swimming, jumping in pool and making a new friend. The highway/main road traffic is loud (but can't beat the location being right off the highway and on a main strip with so many restaurants and shopping plazas) When we had bad weather roll through one night the wind was whipping and causing a high pitched whistling sound to come through our window. Luckily, it didn't last long but made for less sleep.

The breakfast and dinner was great. There was one staff member there that was great, I believe her name was kenley she was in the dining area on Aug 3rd. She went around to each table and asked if we needed anything. Shower was hot and water was soft. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean.

The pool is quite small so very crowded. There is only one washer and one dryer on the 7th floor. They were being used constantly so near impossible to wash your clothes. The front desk staff was not rude but they definitely weren’t friendly either.

The food was good and nicely presented. The room was clean We did not know that the Drury Inn served dinner so, dinner was a bonus meal! Three free adult beverages were offered at no cost. Staff was very hospitable. A "marketplace" in the hotel was a good feature in case toiletries or snacks were needed. There was also a large popcorn machine to which you could help yourself.

We didn't like the location. The evening hours presented with noise from cars, ER vehicles.. We live in the country so for us the noise of the city was a negative. However, the noise did subside considerably after midnight.

Most hotels have free hot breakfast, but Drury has the bonus of adding free hot buffet happy hour dinner with up to 3 complementary drinks, including wine, beer, and cocktails. And a popcorn cart in the lobby. My husband can't walk far distances and they gave us a room that accommodated this concern.

Next time we stay, I would consider a room with more seating options. We both have back problems and though the desk office-type chair was nice, the only other chair was upholstered with a seat that didn't have enough support to easily get in and out of.

Drury Inn did it again! We chose a random weekend getaway and it was a no brainier where we'd be staying after our last stay. I especially enjoyed the spa this visit, my complimentary adult beverages (bar tend was absolutely fantastic) the boys enjoyed the pool and the spa as well! This stay we visited the gym that I overlooked last time. It was clean with plenty of supplies! The gym equipment looks new and really nice. The breakfast and dinner yet again, was oh so yummy! I can't get enough of their eggs and waffles! We got the same room as last time! I do love that bed! I was sort of interested in other rooms as I'm curious if they're different or not. But, we loved that room so much last time, familiar was nice. Again, our room was exceptionally clean, and inviting. Stocked nicely with towels, rags, cups, coffee supplies, ECT. Everything was quiet and peaceful. We didn't hear neighbors or any disturbance whatsoever, and I really like that about this hotel, along with the privacy you have! It's really nice. The staff, terrific team! They're all extremely professional, and seems like everyone enjoys working at Drury! I noticed every staff member I ran into asked me if I was enjoying my stay and/or making sure we had all we needed for our room. Lastly, the parking. The area is well lit at night and busy surroundings. I was comfortable where my vehicle was parked. The parking lot isn't congested either. Easy getting in and out. I recommend Drury Inn totally. 10 out of 10. For the price, you get a nice elegant stay, free adult beverages, food, spa and pool, clean room and sanitary bathroom with a comfy shower and bath, excellent service, and privacy! You won't regret it.

That I couldn't stay longer!

The dinner was excellent. The breakfast was above average. The staff was very friendly and asked if we were satisfied. The fresh popped popcorn in the lobby was great. Easy on and off the interstate with ample free parking. The room was quiet.

The air conditioning system was funny. It got cold and then it got warm. Like the limit switches in the thermostat were too far apart. Luckily we like it cold so we just set it to colder than normal. The bed had a body depression on the side most people sleep on. Mattress may be getting to the end of it's life.

The breakfast was great, a lot of different options, including healthy offerings! The coffee was pretty good too. Our room was very clean, bathroom as well.

Towels could be upgraded. I know it's an expense, and the towels you have are better than some places. Also, the road noise from the interstate was a lot, but we just kept the fan on in the room on the a/c unit and that was good enough.
