Room was clean and comfortable. Little egg and spinach quiches for breakfast were great, wish they were served both mornings we were there. The best part of our stay was the cheery front desk lady. She was there all but the last morning of our stay and she greeted us with a smile and pleasant "Welcome back" or "Enjoy your day" each time we left and returned to the hotel, as well as a short inquiry as to our daily events. She was very personable and I wish we knew her name so we could acknowledge her excellent customer service!! You are blessed to have her on your staff!

The customer service was fantastic from the front desk clerk to the breakfast lady the next day. Jacob was the most friendliest and helpful front desk clerk I have ever had. From the time of checkin to our departure he gave us top notch customer service. The rooms were clean and the beds super comfy. The hot breakfast was the best! It was constantly maintained and kept full. Coffee was great too! We will definitely be staying there again in our future.

Nice breakfast spread, the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was close to Indiana State Univ. which made it easy to see our daughter.

The shower drain was slow and not enough towels or shampoo and conditioner.

Room was quiet even though we were near the highway. Well designed suite. First floor room has high ceiling so felt spacious. We brought our own dinner to be warmed up and were happy there was a fridge, microwave and sink in a little kitchenette area. Desk are was comfortable. Nice breakfast.

Great hotel! Loved the room, large with a nice set up. The bed was so comfortable and the tv was awesome, I loved the streaming services. Great location with lots around. Was disappointed they had the pool closed with no signs or warning from front desk.

The beds was very nice and pool and hot tub and have 3bed was nice but would like more blanket for the bed and more shampoo. I like how it close to everything. The staff was great! The wifi was hard to Login on but the front desk help with that!

It added a lot of taxes to the bill and the light in pool was coming out.

The rooms were very quiet. I was very comfortable. The coffee was very good!

My only dislike was the “breakfast”. There were no cereal choices- hot or cold. The bread choices were very limited.

Clean hotel in a location with easy access to dining, shopping, and the interstate. King Suite was spacious with sitting area and kitchenette that was perfect for a weekend trip.

Only complaint was that the hair dryer didn’t work, but I didn’t say anything to management until checking out, so that’s on me!

Location was good. Breakfast good. Need a little more money seating. Was very busy and some people had no where to sit.

Had problems with getting the shower to work.

Very accommodating and friendly! Did everything they could to get us into our room early!
