Very nice place very clean nice rooms

Staff was rude when asked a question, in the morning there was no coffee down there in the lobby something was said to the gentleman behind the desk about it by another guest and he said that wasn't his problem. I was supposed to get free breakfast coupons that I did not get when I checked in when I asked about it I was told that it wasn't his mistake.

I was happy with the stay.But I booked a room less than 2 hours before using your app AfterI contacted them for my money back they refunded your discounted price next time I will use your app.

The holiday inn should have been able to give me $220.00 instead of the discount your gave me by using your app so I didn't get a good deal. But I will use your app next time.

The gentleman at the front desk, Jonathan, knew my name when I entered the door every time. I asked Jonathan 2 things. Before I knew it, the lady in housekeeping had 2 towels for me. Room was clean.

The bed felt small. When the other person moved. I knew it. The breakfast was on the boring side. Take a lesson from Fairfield Inn. Example: cereal for the kids, fresh fruit, oatmeal, toaster/toast. Not soggy English Muffins. More trash cans.

Close to the Hy-Vee center. Rooms were clean . Staff was awsome

Parking was bad. We had to park in the garage. When we left in the morning our vehicle has concrete dust and small pieces all over the hood and roof from the ceiling of the garage. This was very concerning. They need to redo the structure.

The beds were very comfortable and the restaurant served delicious food. The courtesy shuttle to and from Wells Fargo was by far the biggest selling point to staying here.

The bathroom in the room needs to be updated. The windows could also be updated. It was a nice room but outdated.

Room was very nice

I had lost a jacket and asked the person at the front desk if they found one. He said no without really checking. I came back in a few minutes later and asked him again and he went in the back room and found it there. Had I not asked I wouldn’t have gotten it back.

Hotel is perfectly located close to the event centers. You can walk in 10-15 min to the Hyvee Hall. The drivers can give a ride to any place you request. Room is very clean and windows can be opened so you have the fresh air anytime. Staff is extremely helpful and very responsive. We had a great comfortable time with my daughter.

Not cramped for 2 adults. Beds reasonably apart, plenty of walking room . Wanted to give an A+ to the young man with the tattoos at the breakfast buffet . He was very helpful and worked very hard to help EVERYONE. Sorry didn’t get his name but he was tops in my book!

Traffic noise, and too hot in the room even with the window open all night. Noise level to be expected due to location.

The staff! Every staff member was exceptional, polite, nice, efficient, helpful and truly welcoming. I haven’t been to a hotel in years when everyone was so fine. Front desk, shuttle driver, house keeping, and manager. Bravo!

Parking lot could use a good sweeping and better light.

Room was comfortable as was the bed. I enjoyed having plenty of pillows without asking for more. We didn't use any more of the facility except the room because our stay was related to a hospital stay so we were'nt there for recreation. The staff was friendly enough and check in was easy.

I was disappointed that I over-paid for my stay. I didn't realize that if I had reserved directly with the hotel the price would have been lower.
