very modern feel and clean
one of the managers was unnecessarily rude when I walked up to the counter to ask a question. I was met with hostility before I even opened my mouth to answer a question and was rudely told “I’m on the phone and it’s going to be a while” when I wasn’t even rushing him. I literally hadn’t even asked my question yet. I was going to wait for someone else to come to the counter to help me since he looked obviously busy.

Our visit was exceptional from the very start, the front desk was very courteous upon check in making our start very welcoming. Our room was very clean and fit for our family. The only thing we had issue with was the people next to us were having much more fun that us and were obviously not competing at 0800.
Front desk staff was all by herself, they could hire an extra person to help. Especially leaving a young woman by herself.

Went to State Fair for a concert and only stayed one night but thought it was a very nice place to stay and very clean and comfortable.
Parking was the only issue. There was a very small lot in the back. The use of the garage was extra.

We have stayed here twice and both times enjoyed it so much! The front seat staff is amazing and our rooms were so clean! The roof top restaurant has great views!!
The breakfast is not great and over priced.

The rooms and the atmosphere. Also, love being able to go up to The Republic for the evening.
Poor Brandon, the waiter at The Republic. He was the only waiter there and was completely overwhelmed. He did a great job and was very pleasant. We had to wait quite awhile for our first drink and to get our table wiped off.

I am a Flight Attendant and was at the hotel for pleasure and appreciate the serene and soothing environment of the AC. My only issue was upon returning to my room late at night from the bar upstairs there was a cockroach crawling on my credenza and it was difficult to get to sleep wondering if he had friends ... I understand these things are sometimes hard to control.

Key didn't work..few times..they gave me discount. They charged me full price. Then had to wait 5 days....to get my discount
