Price, Cleanliness & location

I was a little annoyed at first because the reception desk at check in told me that I had booked only 1 room with two queen beds and the other was king, when I told her no it was two rooms wit two queens she first starting saying well it’s the way you booked them and she couldn’t change bc it was a third party and I had pre-paid it… when I told her I had the confirmation and would show her she came back and said she had looked at it wrong! I didn’t appreciate the attitude upfront she was giving saying I booked it etc

Went to breakfast at 7:50 AM and there was no eggs or sausage in breakfast area. Talked to desk person and was told work men had eaten all the eggs and sausage and she could not make anymore. The next morning we got there at 6:00 AM and there were workmen there eating. We got ours but the workmen were eating 12 or more sausages and two plates full of eggs. The office should account for this and cook more food. I am sure the people that got there after 7:00 AM had no eggs or sausages!

Floor was filthy. My feet were very dirty after one night. I never removed my shoes after that and walked around the room.

Location was near the exit, in town and close to plenty of restaurants. Price was good. Clean rooms, nice variety of breakfast, comfortable beds, hot showers, strong water pressure and great staff. I checked in while Sarah was working and she was so sweet and helpful!

Easy to navigate with a pet. The bed was fantastic and the size of the room was great! The jacuzzi tub was nice. The hotel was quiet and very relaxing. Uber had no problem delivering to us.

I found wash clothes on the sink in the bathroom, a bottle of opened shampoo in the shower and a pillow in the chair when I entered the room. It looked as if everything had been cleaned and these things left behind. The room was a little dated- pink tile, striped carpet and it had places where it joined the tile that needed repair. The AC unit didn't have a fan option, so it did get stuffy a few times.

Very basic Checked in 3-9-23 after driving 9 hours cold and wet Only problem after being so tired driving on road had accidentally booked checking on the 10th.The very and I do mean exceptional lady at desk named Sarah at front desk changed it to the 9th.The jacuzzi closed at 10 and wife was hungry She told me if we wanted to go get something to eat she would keep it open to 10:30 for me. To me that was the nicest hotel I stayed in my 10 days of vacation because of her.Hard to keep good people like her working these day

Better breakfest

I loved the location, it was very close to the highway but so quiet! The pool was clean and ready to use, the room was amazing, and the staff was helpful and friendly. I was asked if I needed towels or amenities while engaged in short conversation whenever a staff member greeted me. It was not intrusive just like two friends saying hello. I felt so at ease and the quiet and comfort was incredible. The BEST hotel I have stayed at in the past year, better than the boutique hotel in Louisville I stopped at a few months ago.

The staff was great, the bed comfortable, and the location was good.

The carpet in the room felt damp and the room had a musty odor. The ac unit was not working properly, it was either too hot or freezing no matter how we adjusted the thermostat. We only spent one night and had an early morning appointment, so we didn’t bother complaining to the front desk. (If we had planned a longer stay we would have asked for another room ).

They called me and asked if I could switch to a king which I was fine with. They asked if I had pets and I told them no just a baby. The lady said “ok I’ll put you on the first floor then so you don’t you’re traveling by yourself I don’t want you to have to carry everything and a baby” I thought that was super thoughtful. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfy. The pool was nice. Check in was easy and quick.

The room smelled like mildew.

I liked everything about it.Clean room,hotel and pool area.Great breakfast.Very nice and polite staff.Would definitely stay again.

There's only 1 thing I didn't like,well actually hated,was the smell of Marijuana.Come in from outside and the smell would knock you down.Walking down the hallway was just awful,couldnt get away from it.I could even smell it in my room.Good thing I had body spray to use to help cover that smell for a little while.But that is my only complaint for this hotel.

Pool was good, and hot tub was good. Room was nice. Front desk lady was great. Breakfast was fair to good. Location was good. Place was well taken care of, not a fan of hotels with rooms with outside access, but was on second floor inside, but would have asked for different room had I been given an outside room.

No elevator for 2nd floor room. No fitness room. Had to go walk the neighborhood for exercise(felt safe in neighborhood)
