It was good overall. But we booked 2 rooms and they charged us for 3. We are still trying to sort that one out. There was a new staff person working during our arrival and he charged us for a room that was prepaid. Robert Blake

Being charged twice for the same room.

I left my jacket in the room and we checked out and the person cleaning the room had gone straight down to our room and found it and came out to the parking lot to give it back to me I so appreciate that

The bed wasn't too comfortable and also needed another blanket

Room was very nice and comfortable. The shower worked well and had good pressure. The room also had a nice recliner that was an added bonus!

The breakfast was not very much. Waffles, two cereals and two bread options. As someone who's gluten free I know not to expect much but to have literally no option was disappointing. Should think about adding yogurt or fruit as an option.

The checkin clerk Thanksgiving evening was nice. She was in training, but did a good job getting us checked in.

The first room had a bed that had a large sink hole in the mattress. I had to go an request another room. I was given one with out any problems

It was all good I would definitely recommend it it's just sometimes people's there over a week more than likely has to do with working I don't understand why having a guest over but not to stay the night just hang out with you could be a problem it should be okay as long as they're not causing any rift

Well we stayed. For about a week one night had a friend stop by to visit not stay she was ask to leave was not doing anything wrong it was a little late but she was keeping me company because my husband was not going to be back too late and to me I don't understand I was paying money knowing that she was not staying with us just keeping me company she was asked to leave and was not doing anything wrong but besides that it was all good I loved it we would go in in the morning and decide to stay another night they were so very considerate housekeeping was wonderful

I liked the staff and the conforbility. The staff were nice and made you feel at home. The room it's self was comfortable as well, The bed was really comfy, as were the Pillows!

I think they could use some renovation, Just to make it look a little more 2021 and a little less 2001... They could've also added a recliner or so in the room. They could also expand their breakfast options a little more, Add in some biscuits and yogurt or something along them lines. All in all not bad tho!

The air conditioner didn't work in the first room we were given but they got us moved quickly. No elevators

The man who checked us in was very friendly and knows a lot about the area. He was helpful with finding us things to do during our stay. the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was decent, with waffles, toast, cereal, juice and coffee.

There was a strong stench of pot in the hallway. Either pot or someone had a pet skunk in their room :) We didn't smell it in our room but couldn't miss it in the hall.

Highly recommended. Staff is wonderful and accommodating. Rooms are excellent

I liked everything. Everything was excellent

I thought that the staff were very friendly and helpful. My granddaughter left her pillow there and they even offered to send her a new pillow or go look in the trash for it. Everything was clean!!!
