Best Western Shelbyville Lodge

The Bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The Breakfast Buffet was good with lots of selections. Great central location for what we were doing.

There were chips of some kind dropped in the hallway that never got cleaned up. The pool temperature was too cold, and we had to ask for towels that were tiny.

Appreciated that breakfast was the bag style, should be much cleaner than having germs spread during this pandemic. Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Did not hear the noise from the highway.

While breakfast was a safe alternative, the breakfast sandwich was nothing to be excited about. Had far better ones in other places. Bathroom shower curtain rod needed some work, was not able to close all the way due to the angle, the center was lower than both ends. Over all it looked like there needs to be some remodeling done, there are places that carpet and moldings are showing a lot of wear. Pool was closed, looked like it needed work as well.

The stay was comfortable. It felt quite accommodating. The motel's access was good. It was clean; the breakfast was good; we felt safe.

The washer and dryer required the scan of QR code. The 'Shift' application wanted TOO much personal information to include Social Security number. I bailed out. I was not able to use the laundry.

Hotel was reasonably priced and very close to the event I was attending. Warm breakfast was good. Room was very comfortable. Enjoyed my stay and will probably stay again when in the area.

Bathroom sink countertop hadn't been cleaned. If it was they did a very poor job. Toothpaste on the granite counter was gross. Luckily I traveled with bleach wipes and cleaned counter myself. Also would like coffee in lobby accessible more than just mornings but that's being picky. Main gripe was the bathroom countertop. Otherwise no major complaints.

we love the cabin feel if the lobby with a beautiful fireplace. the kids love the free popcorn, the rooms are always nice and roomy. The staff always give top notch customer care.

The pool is being remodeled but we will catch it again this summer when it’s nice and new again.

The rooms are spacious and very clean, with a microwave and fridge. Bathrooms are updated and towels are of good quality. Free parking, easy to find location. The breakfast was oright, and the price was right. The location of this hotel was great for our Bourbon Trail exploration.

The lobby was nice, but it was too cold (A/C) and the fireplace was not on (mid-Oct), so we couldn't enjoy it. Pool was already winterized.

The front desk lady was super nice. The room was clean but smelled like smoke. The bedding was great but the mattress was a little uncomfortable. The breakfast in the morning was great also.

Just the room smelling of smoke whe. The building is smoke free, and the bed being a little uncomfortable.

Great value, hot breakfast and comfortable room, staff was very accommodating.

This room was not in as good of shape as the previous room i stayed in earlier this week. The fixtures and drywall was very poor and was just painted over. All of the light fixtures were bent, drywall patches around fixtures repaired poorly, desk and night stands had water damage. And someone took a hammer to the door. This room was rode hard, but very clean. Too bad, because the other room was so much nicer.

Clean and welcoming experience. Staff very friendly. King suite very large and cozy. Bed very comfortable. Pool large and great for a dip after a long hot day. Continental breakfast is very good.

Breakfast was excellant. The person serving breakfast was remarkable. Great customer service! The room location, the bed and everything was great!

I had my Mom with me. at first I worried she would fall out of the bed. There wasn't bed rails available. It all worked out. I will keep that in mind for the future to bring some.
