Bed, pillows were excellent, slept for 9 hours. Bathroom and amenities were excellent as well. TV was huge, breakfast was enjoyable. I am not a traveler. Drove from Northern Virginia to Simpsonville. Your staff and the hotel made my stay very comfortable. My next stop was in Topeka Kansas at a Ramada Inn. I would never go back there.

As I drove west to Colorado gas prices went thru the roof which had nothing to do with Hampton. You have been highly recommended to family and friends.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean and stocked well. Breakfast was amazing served several choices of hot and cold foods.

The only thing is you had to tell front desk if you wanted your room cleaned. Which meant I had to go get extra towels and coffee form the frint desk. I didnt realize I was supposed to tell them to clean our room. The front desk was very happy to get anything we needed.

Hotel was newer. Very clean. Breakfast was good choices. Make your own waffles 2 choices of batter. Good location to bourbon stops. Friendly staff Jeff was very helpful

The Mattress was way to firm for our liking. Made our backs and sides sore in the morning tossed and turned. Pool was not working because heater was out. Was going to stay 5 night but only stayed 2 because of beds.

The breakfast was good and our room was great. They had a great selection of breakfast items, which was fantastic since we were traveling with 2 babies. The room was a nice size and gave the babies room to get some energy out after their ride.

My GPS did not take me to the hotel. It took me back to Louisville and then I kind of had to navigate myself to the hotel. This is nothing against the hotel, just my GPS.

We got to breakfast around 9:15. only 3 pastries left. Rest was stocked. Would have been nice to have some kind of granola for yogurt. The girl working was very pleasant and conversed with us, apologizing for not getting our table cleaned for us and no granola. otherwise all good.

I loved everything. The employees were so nice and very helpful. We was there for an archery tournament and the the employees were so patient with all our kids there and they were so kind.

I wish the beds where a little softer, but that's it.

I loved everything about this Property. The location was great, very clean and the staff was very friendly. They also provide a hot breakfast. Great cozy getaway and close to the outlets. Highly recommend it.

The only thing i didnt like was when i went to get a soft drink from the little convenience area by the front desk. I was told that i would either need to pay cash or charge to the room because the debit card machine does not work.

The staff is always so helpful and friendly. The facilities are clean and comfortable. We make this hotel our go-to stop when traveling from KC to Richmond and back. We've stayed at other hotels. But this one is the best choice.

Check in was easy, front desk was so nice to get all 3 of our rooms beside each other.

At 8:30 on Sunday morning, housekeeping came into our room and turned on the light, we didn't have to check out until 11. It was a surprise awkening
