L'Auberge Baton Rouge

The rooftop pool was by far the best part. Loved the convenience of the restaurants in the hotel. It was a nice room, my sister in law had a suite a few floors down that was HUGE and so pretty.

location. I only got to see the parking lot from my room. TV in the mirror was cool, but super fuzzy and hard to see. I asked for special accommodations for a romantic birthday. Booking.com emailed me and said the hotel had accepted my accommodations at no extra charge, however, nothing special was done.

Was a little pricey

The room was wonderful. The staff was great!

I called before booking to make sure there was room service being provided. They told me yes and gave me the restaurant’s that were included to select from. However, room service never answered their phone, and the text service never responded. I was informed since they were busy No Room Service. I had to get dressed and walk out the building to the other side, through the Casino to the back where the restaurant was located. Funny thing , I do not book at casinos to gamble. I just enjoy all of the restaurants and pool all in one without having to leave the hotel.

Loooooved the restaurant! Our waiter was excellent. Food was outstanding. We went to the concert, it was awesome. I liked the fact that I could communicate with the staff before our arrival to the hotel via text. Very convenient.

Valet shouldn’t be included in the room, it should be optional. There were way too many cars that valet was trying to park. It was like a parking lot when we drove in, completely useless since we had to park ourselves in the garage. Makes no sense especially on a busy night.

property is nice. i expected smoke smell coming from casino but there was none. nice place. there was a spilled drink in lobby and it took them sometime to clean it… i never saw when it was cleaned as we left for the time. the restaurants were not open and if open did not have stuff from menu. i don’t even know if the hotel had room service. staff overall was ice.

the lawn outside or surrounding can be more manicured or nice since it stands put from the hotel and it is off the beaten path.

Liked the design.

Poor signage to get you to the hotel lobby. The main cafe did not have enough selection of items. Decided to go with a pizza and it tasted like it came from a cardboard box. My husband ordered baked chicken and it was terrible…dry and very bland. Several things that we would have chosen were out of stock.

everything. it’s a casino hotel. we don’t play but it’s a clean and I think a well run casino. Our room vas very nice, bed very comfortable. the bathroom! outstanding. large shower good water pressure! Elegant! And it was the first time in our life that we saw a TV integrated in the big bathroom mirror! we had a remote control for the TV. High quality ! we stayed1 night passing through Baton Rouge Louisiana…. January 2022

Beautiful room overall. Quiet, comfy, bathroom was very nice and modern. Bed was sooo comfortable! Had a nice view of the Mississippi from our room. Entire hotel/casino is in excellent shape. We were in town for the LSU graduation. Sports Bar and Casino were fun.

the rooms were very nice, parking for our truck and trailer was easy.

the bed was a little hard for us, only one place open after 10 for food with very limited menu. a lot of the machines in the casino were not working or turned off or would not accept cash.

I didn't eat breakfast, but I was very pleased with the dinner I had at the dinner we had at 18 steak. The room had everything we needed and the staff was great!!!

The room could have room service or even had a microwave for late night snacks, but that is really petty to complain about.
