The location was convenient to the public transportation, and we could walk just a few blocks to several restaurants. The mattresses were super comfortable and the bath tubs were great for soaking.

The furniture was cute but could use some adjustments. The couch and chairs were very wobbly, I actually lifted the couch to tighten the legs. The mattresses were super comfortable, but the legs on king bed were loose and the 2 in the middle didn't touch the floor so it made a loud noise when you sat on the bed. The internet wasn't working well so we couldn't really watch anything on the TV most of the time. The pool was way too small for the number of guests staying in the building.

Uber ride to Bourbon was very affordable under $20 each way. Apartment was very spacious, clean and quiet.

WiFi was horrible which made it difficult to use the Google Chromecast to watch TV. Water did not get hot enough. The hotel was going to allow us to check in 30 min early at no cost. When asked for 1 hour early check in we had to pay $30 for 30 minutes. This was a rip off bc it wasn’t like someone was in the room or housekeeping was cleaning it. Should I get money back for checking out an hour early?

The room was amazingly spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Really nice kitchen and laundry appliances as well. This would be a great place for a long-term stay.

The slippery bathtub is truly a hazard that should be fixed! As a healthy young person I still saw my life flash before my eyes every time I got in the shower, so I truly can’t imagine how older or disabled folks could manage it at all. There is a safety bar, thankfully, but the floor of the tub needs some grip. The cleaning job could have been better. It didn’t look like the carpets were vacuumed at all.

The Jung Hotel, which houses the Sonder property is located maybe 15 minutes walking from the French Quarter and Bourbon Street, however, the trolley runs in front of the property. The 1 bedroom apartment was nice, loved the deep tub/shower, the furnished kitchen. They had a coffee make, but no coffee. Not a problem, bought my own along with my own groceries.

Each floor needs to have a ramp installed at the platform where you exit the elevator. There are two steps and that makes it hard to get the bell cart to your room. You either have to lift it or unload it to take it to your room and back. There should be an antenna connected to the TV, so you can watch local news and stations. The chrome cast is ok, but you need it to link to apps you have on your phone, some people might not have any, I had my cable company's app, so that helped to watch TV. I think dish towels and drying towels should be supplied too.

The location on Canal Street was good...within walking distrance of Bourbon Street, Jaxson square, and the French quarter.

We got to our room Thursday afternoon. The outlets in the bathroom didn't work which was inconvenient for 3 women tryin g to blowdry and curl their hair. l called Sonder and they said they would send someone out to fix it. When we returned to the room that night, it still didn't work. I called again on Friday morning and told them it wasn't fixed. When we returned to the room around 6pm, it was fixed. Just a couple suggestions: Full size mirror needed somewhere in the apartment along with a blanket for the pull out couch. (Local artwork on the walls would be a nice touch :-)

SOOO MUCH SPACE, beautiful rooms, great privacy. I felt so relaxed and comfortable in our luxurious suite. We had a kitchen, walk-in closets, and washer dryer units in the suite. I usually can’t afford a stay like this so I was pleasantly surprised by what we got for the price.

More of an apartment building than hotel so there were few hotel accommodations such as meals and scheduled housekeeping. But friendly staff and you can request cleaning and towels and such.

Love that everything was walking distance from canal. Such as Bourbon Street, Restaurants, Convention Center, as well as superdome. Look forward to booking with sonders in the future. Room passes my expectations. Look better in person than online. Everything was so perfect

I didn't like the struggle with access code to the elevator. However, I called in to speak to the representative of sonders, and immediately, they assisted me and credited me my fee for the encounterment and I didn't even ask for fee back they just credited me back out of kindness

The apartment was equipped with everything. The kitchen had all of the newer appliances plus there was a washer and dryer. The bathroom had a deep soaking tub(very nice). I loved the window shutters and the city view of New Orleans.

The TV was an issue because it had to be connected to your cell phone. Thankfully Sean came to assist very quickly. It took a bit of time to get it set up. My understanding is that it was serviced with Chrome-cast. I wish you just had a smart TV where we could have used our own streaming services, it would have been much easier than taking an hour to get it set up with our phones.

The place was huge and definitely worth the money for it. We saved so much by cooking as well in the kitchen. I would say it's closer to a one bedroom apartment than a hotel room. The location is right near downtown so for us that was great. Check in was different because you just wait for your time you have listed for check in and enter the elevator code you recieved and go straight up to your room. Whenever we did need something, it didn't take long at all to receive anything, even with having to text or call someone to bring it. They run everything electronically basically they dont have staff there at the ready for the sonder, the staff that's there is for The Jung. It's two hotels running in the same hotel. If you wanna be an introvert and deal with less people that is the place to go. The staff who worked for the Jung was super friendly and we became friends with.

The smell of the water haha.. I notice with a lot of hotels this is a thing so keep that in mind.

I loved the space in the apartment. The bed was extremely comfy and huge and was a 15 minute walk to Bourbon Street. I also loved that I could go to the pool there and the drip coffee was great too.

I would have loved a full length mirror. I think that is a big loss in the room. I also enjoyed the pool, however I had to rely on my partner to let me back through the door as we were never given a fob to access it. We also could not attend the fitness club as we were not given a fob.
