Great location, parking available across the street. Bar on premises, a plus. Helpful staff and good views.

Room was compact (610), bathroom shower claustrophobic and had no soap holder. Toilet paper sat on top toilet because the roller was missing. The sink was cute but not practical. I had to use the window sill to do my make up. The Keurig didn’t work, my husband had to hold it down to brew a cup of coffee. Some people got suck in the elevator while we were there and we had to take the stairs, six flights while fire department worked on getting them out.

Location was great. Rooms were quiet. Staff was awesome (Terrance)! Bed was very comfortable.

Should have more pillows. In the suite, you should have had more than one remote for the t.v's. Water pressure could definitely be stronger.

The value, comfortable bed, nice decor and I had a good city view. Love the smell of bleach cleaned bathroom

The property was in a good location. The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice. I love that they give you a list of restaurants in the area that come highly recommended.

The ice machine on the 9th floor was out so I had to go down to the 5th floor but that ice machine was dirty and had gnats flying around it and coming from out of the machine. The door to the mini fridge was hard to open and close. There were several signs of west and tear around the room but nothing too bad to impact my stay. And I was a little saddened that the bar had to close down for the weekend but I hope everything is ok with the bartender.

I like that it's sits right In front of the trolly stop ao if I don't feel like driving or catching a Lyft I can easily catch one. The view is pretty good also. I like that the room was spacious for me and my companion can play games and have fun In The living room and go to bed in a separate room.. I thought that was pretty cool. Beside all that the hotel was great we both had a great stay.. it's in a good spot not to for from anything really. No matter if it's a restaurant or bourbon street everything is pretty much walkable .

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel I that I feel it was a little pricey for what the room is.. it really wasn't that extravagant for the price they was charging. And the deposit was a little too expensive also.... The hotel that we usually would fo to around the corner is way more modern and we get our rooms with a nice view for cheaper and the deposit is half what it is at the Vinache..that's the only thing I had a problem with

We stayed for two nights and I have to give kudos to the staff Brandy, Titus, Tasia, and D'Shannon. There were all kinds of issues going on during those two days that involved a lot of their guest... one being the 2 elevators were out of service and how they were handled.They were professional even with guest that wasn't. They compensated for the inconvenience. They were knowledgeable of what was in the area to eat and see

the fact that they said there was breakfast included and you get a bag lunch with a allergy induced muffin(banana nut ) ,a piece of fruit and juice ...poor excuse for a breakfast

Decorated nicely, clean, after an AC problem in our upgraded room, although we had to move rooms at 11 pm, young man on staff gladly upgraded us to another room in a short amount of time. He was very gracious and reminded us if we needed anything, to not hesitate to ask and checked on is later as well.

AC was not consistent even in our upgraded room but tolerable. Electric plugs were not in convenient places, even where coffee maker and lamps were positioned. Lamp with outlets on left side of bed did not work as well as the floor lamp in living area. We improvised. We were told to leave our dirty towels and garbage outside the door where it sat for two days and no new garbage bag left behind. There was only one trash can in the Master King Suite. No bath mat either. I think the carpet in room needed cleaning since I walked around bare footed and my feet were black on the bottom in the shower.🥴 Safety lock broken off door.

Very clean nice staff i would stay here again i love the area it's right on canal street it's where you will love to stay I'm from here and ill stay from time to time just to get away this hotel gives you that vacation feel makes me feel like I'm away on business

No parking cost alot to stay here i didn't like that the deposit was one hundred dollars a night

The location was superb, bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet at night. Check in and out was very quick and easy. The staff were friendly.

It's an old building, there were some stains on the carpet and the walls could use some new paint. But nothing out of the ordinary for an older building.

The staff were amazing and their recommendations were stellar. Cleaning by request was excellent. Location was far enough from the humdrum that it didn't bother our sleep, but close enough that it was very easy to walk to a store, or to bourbon street, with busses and the tram right outside.

The bar/restaurant was closed and there were a bunch of kids staying there who didn't respect the elevator rules, which made getting in and out problematic sometimes, but that's not the hotel's fault.
