The value for the quality of the room was outstanding.

There were repairs needed to the nook table in the room. We didn't need it, but if you wanted to eat in the room, it would've been an issue. We reported the problem, hoping it would be addressed.

The room was a fully self-contained apartment. By definition it didn't have the usual hotel services and facilities. But you had everything you could want, so didn't need them: including fully equipped kitchen, and washing machine and dryer. It was very spacious, with a walk-in closet larger than some rooms in my own house. There is also a roof-terrace. The location was excellent - just a few minutes walk from the French Quarter, and with convenience stores, restaurants, and the St. Charles streetcar very nearby. Also, Sonder were very easy to deal with: they communicated all necessary information exactly when they said they would, and were there to answer any questions promptly.

Any negative comments are quite nit-picky: but the view was not terribly good: straight into a multi-storey carpark. Everything else was excellent

The property location, size, layout, kitchenette, couch and it had a coffee maker AND an electric jug and the luggage storage. The overall model of not paying for a person on site all the time and instant access to a person via the app.

We had two issues (no hot water due to a building wide issue, and no dishwaaher pods initially) that were resolved in a timely way. While staff, via the app, responded quickly, I would have liked them to close the issue. Nobody messaged to keep me up with the status of either issue.

I loved the keyless entry, love admittedly it did take me a couple of days to get used to not having to remember a key lol. I loved the 24hr helpline (I refuse to download any more apps so I called them folks like 5 times). I love love love the location. It's discreet but super close to the French Quarter and only like a 10 minute drive to everywhere else I visited in the city. The rooms are cute and cozy, very clean. I like that while unlike a traditional hotel, no one is coming around to clean for you, there was a laundry room on every floor, the machines are free, and the room comes with some tide pods for your use. They also supply you with enough toiletries (paper towel, toilet tissue, etc) to last a few days. They will also restock those items for you free of charge, one time.

The water pressure in the shower is lack luster and on the last day, it almost dribbled out at some points during my shower. About 60% of my outlets weren't working or stopped working after day 1. I didn't report it until about 3 days later because there were so many outlets and I was mainly using it to charge my phone. I ended up reporting it at like midnight on my second to last night because I finally decided I wanted to watch tv and I couldn't since the tv was plugged into one of the outlets that wasn't working . BTW the tv was a great size for the space, glad they didn't skimp out on that. The staff fixed the issue by mid-afternoon the next day.

Convenience! The actual location of the property was perfect... right on Canal St and in walking distance to everything. There was a parking garage that we booked in advance directly behind the property as well which made the location even better.

The only downside about our stay is that the actual description of the room is very misleading. I booked the studio with a balcony and from the description and pictures, I assumed that I would have a view of Canal St. Unfortunately this was not the case at all, and we had a lousy view of a parking lot behind the property. Not a HUGE deal, but again, I booked based off the description and location. When we arrived, I expressed my concerns to the staff and they were understanding and attentive. While they were not able to move us to a different room, we were given a partial credit which knocked down the price of our total stay.

Well equipped, comfortable, beautifully furnished apartment close to French Quarter. Spotlessly clean. A real benefit for us who had been traveling a while to have free laundry facilities and luggage storage.

Communal areas not great, our corridor stank of cannabis (no staff on site so not the fault of Sonder). Absolutely no flexibility to change anything eg wanted to move date by 1 day with 6 months notice and request was absolutely refused.

Our rental was an efficiency and didn't come with breakfast but it had everything we needed and more. It was immaculate and very modern. We only had to step outside Sonder and were in the middle of the action of downtown. When we stepped inside we were in our private little world. We were able to prepare our own meals when we wanted.

The room was too quiet at night so I could hear every sound from adjoining rooms and the elevator. Lots of bumps and squeaks which disrupted my sleep. I'm a light sleeper and could've benefited from some white noise. Also there was no view.

the size of the room was amazing. massive bathroom and kitchen. very clean

had troubles accessing the luggage storage first day. the staff through the sonder app were not helpful despite us pointing out on the terms and conditions we should have access to the building from 8am on the day of check in they still would not allow us access until 10am. leaving us waiting on the street for hours. after this incident though everything was great.

beautiful good sized room, with kitchenette including dishwasher, microwave etc. they also provide laundry pods for washing which I thought was a nice touch. location very close to bourbon st and cable car which Will take you down to the river or to the historic area. nicely decorated room and very comfortable bed.

don’t love that staff aren’t on-site, you have to phone for help. also found the hallways quite noisy, they should be insulated with carpet or something - the noise of people wheeling their luggage or talking in the night bothered me

It's a bit "DIY" with self let in etc., but instructions mostly clear. Nice comfortable spacious modern-furnished Studio & bed, very clean, with great mini-kitchen for those wanting that and helped me make a simple breakfast of tea and granola. Quality wifi included (emails & website didn't make it easy to find password, discovered on fridge after looking online !).

Others in the block were occasionally noisy returning early AMs and most seemed to let the doors slam on leaving early too. Plenty shampoo & conditioner, but no body cream. Neighborhood was a little rough later evenings and not like a hotel with security & reception staff (big cost savings for hosts), limited other facilities, no pool etc., so price should reflect all of that more.
