The staff (at check in desk) was very helpful and accommodating as much as possible. The location was within walking distance to our venue and the French Quarter.

I did not like the extra charge to check in early. We arrived early, our room was ready but they were going to charge us to check in. We had to drive around the city for an hour and a half before we could check in. Parking was an extra charge.

The staff was very friendly. The size of the room was nice. We flew in and used Uber when needed to get around instead of renting a car(mainly to and from the airport). The location was close enough walking distance to Canal St, bourbon street and the French quarters if you plan to walk wherever you want to go. The city trolley stop was located right outside the hotel for further transportation. I think it's $1.25 per person one way.

I usually bring my own Lysol spray and wipes and wished I would have this time. The bathroom could've been cleaner. Residue left on the countertop and in the corners and the bathtub had residue as well. The shower door doesn't cover the entire shower so water stayed on the front end of the tub which left residue towards the back of it. We didn't have daily room service so we did have to ask for towels as needed but that was ok.

I liked the friendly staff, excellent location and spacious room. Reasonably priced. Breakfast included. I enjoyed the stay and eould recommend Sonesta as play to stay while in NOLA.

The TV in the lounge was not functioning and the soap room with loundry machine did not have option to buy soap.

The property was suitable and had pretty much attractions within walking distance. The location of the property was convenient. The staff members were beyond excellent. They helped me find the food options based on my special diet. Also, they helped me in navigating to the best shopping centers as well. Overall, I like the property and the hospitality of the staff members. I would highly recommend Sonesta ES Suites to my family and friends. Whenever I get a chance to revisit New Orleans, I will choose Sonesta ES Suites.

It was a large space for our group to use, and the beds were super comfy. Not a bad location if you are okay with walking a bit and driving.

The add on Booking stated that parking was free. However, this is not true. The hotel has valet parking for an additional $40+ dollars a day, which is in a parking garage next door that is falling apart (which was the view from our windows). We ended up doing paid parking at the neighboring hotel for about $100 for 4 days, but we had two vehicles. Side note, the showers are weird.

The location was perfect, right in the city center. There was a street car station as well as bus stations right in front of the hotel entrance and everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was simple yet delicious and filling and the staff were very helpful suggesting items to eat every morning! The staff made my stay very pleasant and smooth even though I faced some issues. I had a late check in (around 1 AM) and faced some issues with my credit cards’ issuing banks back home. But the reception staff and the manager, Brandon, were very helpful in facilitating any and all help necessary to complete my check in! He went above and beyond and I’m very grateful for his excellent work!! The morning staff were also very helpful in giving me directions on where to go and what to do around the city! I was meeting up with some friends and the lady gave me her personal recommendation to the authentic Cafe Du Monde. And what a recommendation it was!! My friends and I really enjoyed the vibe, good iced coffee and their pastries! The maintenance staff were also very friendly, always smiling and helpful guiding me to the hotel’s terrace, which was spacious, clean and had a great view of the entire area. All in all, I cannot say it enough, but it has been a great experience and I would definitely go there again when I visit NOLA. Thank you for being awesome!!

Great breakfast and location.

The rooms are very spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped! The sofa bed was comfortable and the staff gave us everything we needed for extra comfort. The breakfast is great with different options every day. The staff was truly wonderful making our stay even better! The hotel is super pet friendly!

Location itself is great, very close to Bourbon St and French Quarter, but far enough from all the noise and business of it. However, it is located on a busier street with a park nearby that felt dangerous at night with folks lurking around. We saw needles on the floor around the park and dog park nearby, so would not recommend going that way if you have pets/kids with you. Parking is valet only and it can take 15-20 min to get your car.

Sonesta is located in a central location across from the library on Loyolla. We were able to walk to dinner and break, and also the basketball game that was playing in town. The parking options is something you will have to look up, but there is a parking garage 30' from the front entrance. The room was very spacious. They have a full sized fridge, sink, microwave. The beds were comfortable and the shower was ok. Lots of space in the bathroom for storage as well. I only regret we didn't stay multiple nights here. At night time on a Friday, there was some bar music that could be heard on the 12th floor around 11pm - 12am but that's to be expected. This place was affordable and will definitely be on the list to visit again. The AC was also able to keep the room nice and cool.

I don't enjoy the half glass showers, I wasn't able to get breakfast but I'm sure it would have been good. Check in a 4pm is a little late, but it's understandable with less workers available. The smell in the room is a little off-putting, but it goes away. I can't explain it - but it's not that bad. The hallways were hot on the 12th floor - guess the AC was out. Lastly, the phone was not working in the room - just kept blinking saying it was on-hold. We needed more towels and it was just too much effort to go all the way back down to have to come up to wait longer.
