The room was incredible! Excellent shower, comfy bed, quiet room...I loved that a lighted magnifier mirror, the ironing board, the coffee machine....water was available in the room and the lobby which was excellent since it was so hot outside. I also want to thank the man at the front desk, during the night. My son was in the Little Bar around the corner and someone spiked his beer...then these 2 men followed him back to the hotel and the man behind the counter realized what was happening...the men insisted they were my son's friends, he did NOT know them. The man secured the front desk and walked my son up to his room, making sure he was safe. I am so grateful to this amazing person...please thank him from us!

Actually everything was wonderful ....from the car valet, to Chase the guy who helped us up to our room, to the front desk people, excellent room, excellent bar area, excellent restaurant...Definitely want to return!

This property was away from the noise but close to everything. It has a lot of history related to newspaper production that I thought was cool too. We stayed in a suite that was roomy and well decorated and had high windows which I loved. (Although I think the windows were the reason for the temperature stability issues) The bathroom was to die for. The tub was INSIDE the shower!!! However, housekeeping could do a better job with the tile inside the shower. You could tell it hadn’t been SCRUBBED. So I didn’t trust that my feet were safe. BUT THE HIGHLIGHT…THE BARTENDERS! Knowledgeable, Personable and can make really really good drinks!

It is FREEZING in the lobby bar area and the restaurant was closed! The bathrooms could use a scrub also!

The interior design and architecture of this hotel is AMAZING. Super comfy bed. Great flat screen TV and mini fridge. Beautiful and fun bar in the lobby. Loads of places to relax and chill out downstairs.

Front desk staff aren't that great - kinda surly. Also, we requested housekeeping during our 3 night stay and they didn't show up - disappointing. Room was also a little on the small side. Tiny closet space. No robes. Was given a 2nd floor room overlooking a car park, despite the hotel being at 30% occupancy.

The location of the hotel was great - just a short 5-10 minute walk from all the action of Bourbon and Frenchman street. I liked that it wasn't directly on a crazy busy street. It was also within walking distance to the WW2 museum and the museum of the southern Jewish experience. Our room was really nice - we did not request housekeeping services, but due to covid they will only have the room cleaned if you ask for it. The bar was also really nice, we sat and had a drink there one night. A small mart on the corner of the hotel was useful since there was no food available at the hotel. I'd definitely stay there again. It felt clean and well maintained.

Nothing really

The rooms (stayed in the Queen Executive Room and it was so comfortable, the bathroom was gorgeous, and the decor is beautiful), the lobby (we took lots of pictures there), the workers (we saw lots of the same staff everyday and they were so accommodating and worked so hard), the restaurant (only ate breakfast there), and the location (right off of Canal Street, and right near Ruby Slippers).

Nothing I can think of. It was perfect.

Interior decor is magnificent, so much attention to detail. A very beautiful hotel. Staff especially bartenders are excellent. All very friendly and helpful.

No complaints except when reserving a "courtyard view" room, some of them only have windows facing the hallway and no bedroom windows. It was fine for us because we didn't mind the "pitch dark."

Very happy with the decor but the view over the alley was disappointing. However, we were last minute guests and understand that not every room has a good view. All the staff members we dealt with were very pleasant and helpful.

The room lighting was very insufficient. It did not allow for adjusting the brightness up or down.

The Eliza Jane is a very beautiful hotel decorated with taste. The room was well arranged, with a nice comfortable king bed, a clean and beautiful bathroom. Free coffee was provided in the lobby every morning and there was also a coffee machine in the room. The patio and lobby were very nice and provided a great place to hang out after a day of exploring. Staff was kind, helpful and very efficient to deal with our queries.

The staff was amazing! Very friendly, very welcoming and extremely accommodating. They gave us a warm welcome every time we walked in and a nice goodbye when we would leave for our outings. It was a very comforting place to stay. Our stay in New Orleans was amazing.

We didn’t like that our vacation came to an end.

Love this hotel! We've stayed before and will stay again. Great location - walking distance to the Quarter as well as the streercars to the Garden District. Very comfortable and quiet at night. And such a nice little hotel with great spots to hang out if you want to stay in.

The only minor things that could have been better: bigger towels, bathroom lighting & the thermostat didn't cool as low as I set it.
