Ideal location in the CBD with a 5 minute stroll to the French Quarter. Conveniently located a few blocks away from the noisy hustle bustle of Canal St. The staff were a big highlight and were super attentive and helpful! My room was spacious and fitted with a sizeable bed, couch, and desk. I also had a neat view of the city. I didn't dine at the restaurant but it always looked lively. The AC worked perfectly, despite a lot of reviews saying that it was unreliable. Try Mothers restaurant next door for some banging Southern cuisine!

The pipes connected to the sink would rattle loudly if I didn't close the tap in a specific position. Definitely a plumbing issue that needs addressing. Also, a little 'Do Not Disturb' door hanger would be handy for sleeping in.

The Hotel was awesome.. We stayed in the one bedroom suite.. It exceeded our expectations.. The roof top pool was a total vibe..! It’s in a great location.. Walking distance from Bourbon street and French quarter.. The staff was amazing and very helpful.. I felt very safe because I’m always paranoid whenever I’m in New Orleans but this time I felt very safe.. Overall great hotel and I had a great trip..

If I had anything negative to safe it would be the ice machine on my floor wasn’t working.. I stayed on the 10th floor and I had to go to the 17th floor to get ice.. I love ice but it wasn’t that much of a big deal.

Hollis, my check-in representative was warm and welcoming. After sharing that I had previously attended college in New Orleans, we had a brief but engaging conversation regarding living in the city versus visiting. My bartender, Kyle, was awesome as well, as he maintained a positive attitude and was delightfully humorous. The second night, Shane, joined him behind the bar and Shane was a pleasure as well. My sister and I teased him a little as seasoned bartenders on his "newbie" status, but Shane took it all in stride and asked for ways to grow. Chloe, the bar manager, was pleasant and encouraging to her staff as well. PJ, the assistant GM, was courteous and also engaged in meaningful conversation and was genuinely concerned about our comfort and stay. Finally, the parking valets were extremely friendly, efficient and courteous as well. I wish I could have tipped them more, but trying to hold on to cash in New Orleans is like trying to put an eel in a headlock. I especially remember "Anthony", he was jovial and had a great smile! Overall, the staff was second to none.

The way the room was set up, it is on the corner and it has a funky little entryway, so when you enter the room, you are almost walking directly into the bathroom to turn around, close the main entry door and actually enter room. To take a shower, you have to step all the way and you can get hit with the initial blast of cold water, ARGH!

Staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean. We loved the location. Beds were comfortable for sure

We had 4 rooms for our stay and one smelled of smoke even tho it was a non smoking room the entire hallway smelled of smoke for couple days while there. No bathroom on main floor was closed while we were there and the bar was open so seemed to be something we all commented on. Everyone is having staffing issues which I understand so not knocking it but the bar was usually long waits cause one man was doing his best but just too many patrons around dinner or after so we went elsewhere most evenings.

The entire building was very, very clean. The hallways all appeared to be freshly painted and they smelled of new carpet!! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon checking in, an employee named Brandon asked the purpose of our visit and my brother told him he was in town to play basketball at neighbourhood courts. Brandon then went and made some calls and reached out to his friends and provided us with a list of perfect locations!! Talk about going above and beyond expectations! Every staff member was always smiling and in a good mood and seemed genuinely happy to help. I will definitely be back!!!

There were no negative things about the property.

The view in the 1st room was great (16th floor). After we moved to the new room (5th floor), we had a view over the pool area. The bed was very comfortable and although the restroom was tight, the shower was spacious. The location was great! We were right across the street from casino and only a block from Canal street. We were in walking distance to several eateries.

After we checked in and made it to the room, my husband noticed the toilet didn't flush. He phoned downstairs expecting someone to immediately coming up. We left, went to eat, and walk around. Upon our arrival back to the room 5 hours later, the toilet still dis not flush. My husband phoned downstairs again to let them know. I decided to go downstairs to share with them our concern. After 15 or so minutes waiting, the receptionist switched us to another room. In addition, 1/2 of the lights didn't come on. We were confused. Needless to say, we had to go around to plug up all lamps. Restrooms were a little tight. Hotel bar was closed due to Covid

First time stay. We travel once a month to Nola and this will be on our short good list. Parking valet was wonderful. Cost is excessive at $49.99. Wanted to see more Christmas Decorations. Thought we would see some. Too bad. Had food at the bar. Fantastic burger and gumbo. Great bartender and services. Very nice. Reception at checking and check out were very accommodating. Even when I threw a last minute revision to her. Professional. We recommend this property. Great location for walking and streetcars...

Christmas decorations.

The location of the hotel is perfect, Harrah's casino is literally a minute away. Ruth Chris is across the street. Not to mention the riverwalk where you can shop and eat. The view from my room was great.

I'd have to say the bathroom was small, the door literally almost touch the toilet. I know that's beyond the hotel control due to how each room is designed. Although the room temperature showed 65, I still found the room to be a little hot. But I know Louisiana heat is totally different from anywhere else. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.
