I loved the location of our room on the 42nd floor. We had a great view of the Mississippi River and bridge and loved the access to The Club that provided lots of breakfast items in the morning and snacks in the evening, including bottled water and sodas. The bed was very comfortable! Plus, the hotel is literally a block across the street from entering the French Quarter, so that area, with all the restaurants and shopping it offers, was easily accessible.

I didn't like that there was no mini refrigerator in the room!! For the price of the room I surely would think that there would be a fridge in it.

The location is really good, you can walk to all the places or take the street car just in front of the hotel. The room is nice with a cool view of the city, a very decent space and clean. Also, the AC worked perfectly.

The hotel is huge, so you have a lot of people in it. Because of that, there is a constant noise of people coming and leaving their rooms throughout the day/night which makes hard to sleep sometimes (specially when you have people that don't care about others). Also, even though you are outside the Bourbon street, there is a lot of noise coming from the city (we were on the 35th floor and could still hear all of it). The bed was good but I hated the pillows.

The service was wonderful. The bed was exceptional. The hotel was overall amazing and made our trip even better. We had previously checked in another hotel close by but after only one night we left and found this which was fantastic.

The breakfast was the only thing that could have been better. Consistent options and proper replenishment before the 11am cutoff. A couple days it was not stocked well but the other days was great.

More than satisfied with not much wrong

The location was great for walking downtown New Orleans as it is within blocks of the French Quarter and the Riverwalk. It is also steps away from several amazing restaurants so I was able to walk to Cafe Beignet, and Creole House. The Christmas decorations in the lobby were festive and really added to the ambiance of my Holiday vacation. I arrived very late after a long drive but the staff was welcoming and friendly. The elevators were fast, secure, and efficient, there is a keypad so you don't have to swipe your key every time you get on the elevator to choose your floor. I wish all hotels had this feature. The commentary water in the room was refreshing. The beds were very comfortable, my daughter said it was the best she has ever slept in a hotel in her entire life.

I did not like the service at Starbucks.

Let's just put it this way, I am already planning my trip for next year and will be booking with the Sheraton. The location is close to absolutely Everything that you need, food, shopping, souvenirs and Bourbon Street!!! The beds are comfortable and the view beautiful. The car line to get everywhere is right outside, it's a win-win. If weather doesn't permit, feel free to stay inside and enjoy the delicious food at the onsite restaurant or drinks at the great bar in the lobby. Also, please stop at the concierge desk to get the best recommendations on food choices and things to do while visiting, we were not disappointed. The vibe in the lobby is always welcoming and you forget that you are not at home. From the seamless check-in to checking out, the employees were Amazing, and I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

I asked for a walk in shower, which I got. 😊😊with a lovely view over te Mississippi. The a la carte breakfast menu was lovely, and nicer than the buffet. And for what I ate, it was cheaper!! A convenience store next door sold most things you’d need, including cheap alcohol! And… clean sheets every day!! And location was absolutely ideal! Walking distance to the river, and tours will pick you up at the front door.

Location, location, location. Very central to downtown, Bourbon Street etc. Everything within walking distance.

When we booked the reservation through Booking.com, we didn't notice that the room had 2 double beds instead of 2 queens. We travel frequently and it's unusual to have double beds anymore. We didn't realize this until we went to bed the first night. A queen bed would have been much more comfortable.

I like the location very much. The hotel was very busy when we got there, but our car was tagged by the valet person and we were in our room in less than 30 minutes. Thanks!

The Breakfast could have been better for the price we paid. We were in a 4 star hotel and Breakfast was on scale of a 1-2 star motel. I was insulted by one of the female bartenders and I ask for a manager because I wanted salt around the rim of my glass and the drink had already been made. I ask female bartender would she mind giving me glass with salt around the rim and she gave me 4 packs of salt and told me that how you will get it because I ordered my drink incorrectly. I asked to speak to a manager and she changed her attitude and gave me the salted rim glass. The incident happen around 11 pm on 07/02/2022.
