Not sure why this hotel has so many bad reviews. I had great experience here. The location is very convenient to French Quarter but also far enough to avoid loud noises and crazy crowds at night. The room is very clean and the bed is super comfortable. They provide cleaning service everyday, I always came back to hotel room with my bed is made which I don't see that anymore in any other 4 stars hotel. They provide refreshments at the front desk and morning coffee everyday. All the staffs there are very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Magnolia to any travelers.

The location was very good. There was plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping locations in walking distance. Also, its only a short 10 minute walk to the French Quarters. Bed linens and bathrooms were fresh. The rooms did not smell lof a stale hotel.

Parking was expensive $45 per day. No refrigerator in the room for all the delicious leftovers.

Clean and cute looking. Went above and beyond to help us do our washing. Housekeeping was regular so if we were there in the morning and couldn't get it done, we still had a tidy room by the afternoon.

Booking.com mislead us to believe there was a pool we could use. Could have restocked the coffee supplies in the room without us asking. Fire alarm went off at 4am which was inconvenient although I know not necessarily their fault.

The location was perfect!! We were able to walk to any certain place with no difficulty. Checking in was easy and customer service was absolutely amazing. Adam and Gwen made our stay far past any expectations. Rooms were cozy and clean.

The only problem I saw was no sort of fridge. Which was easily looked passed due to the outstanding condition and other great things about our stay.

NOT HAUNTED which is suprisingly exciting because I could sleep after leaving another hotel, slept so well. Beds were comfy. Good location. Good sized room. Clean. Staff is diligent. Serviced daily which is rare and wonderful nowadays.

No outlets close to the bed Someone was somehow able to get into my room in the middle of the first night here. I shouted loud enough that they left and I'm sure it was an accident, but unclear as to how they could get in.

The staff, especially the one who checked me in Adam. Very friendly and the security guard was extremely accommodating, insightful and kind. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Good job.

The floor was not not swept in the room, so it was dusty and they did not replenish shampoo and conditioner for the days we were there for.

Although the property is centrally located — not being too far from the French Quarter (on Bourbon and is also quite close to Royal and Canal streets), the hotel is away from all of the nightly noise. It is also beautiful and clean.

Our group had 2 rooms and both were quite distinct from each other. One of the rooms oddly had a low hanging circle lamp in the center which is a bit oddly placed.

the building and rooms are beautiful. the staff accommodated a special request that we had, which was very nice. and the person at the front when I checked in early went above and beyond to get me into a room earlier than I otherwise would have been able to by offering an available room that was different from my original booking. this was so appreciated because I was trying to work remotely and needed a place to settle in to do so. thank you!

I know right now times are different with COVID restrictions, but we set out our trash outside the door and no one came by to pick them up for a couple of days. we eventually just brought them down to the front desk. I understand the lack of room cleaning due to COVID but didn’t think that there was NO trash pick up also. the room was also pretty dusty so my allergies went crazy. our last night we got no sleep because the walls are thin, and a neighboring room decided to have an all night party and were VERY loud. but that’s not the hotel staff’s fault. overall a good stay.

The room was excellent, amenities were excellent and the bed was comfortable. Most beds on hotels kinds suck...

I liked the staff especially the valet and bell attendant. I loved that the room was clean and looked dusted. Bathroom was amazing. I especially liked the magnified small mirror.

Location is pretty good. Close to the center but just far enough back so its quietly comfortable. Staff could not do enough to help, as in nothing was too much trouble. Attached restaurant some delicious food and very reasonably priced. Great mini fitness center.

Room was a bit dark not sure what could be done there. Toilet broke but they fixed it quickly, missed not having a mini fridge. There was ice machines thu.
