The room was clean & stocked with all the necessities. The elevators were fast, which was surprising because my stay was during Mardi Gras. The location was great. The hotel Manager was very present & friendly.

The mattress was uncomfortable. Because of Mardi Gras they had all of the bathrooms locked on every floor except for the lobby. The guests were required to wear wrist bands & there was someone at the door checking 24/7, so Iocking the bathrooms on each floor & having ALL guests stand in line to use the lobby bathroom seemed excessive & was inconvenient.

Room was very spacious. As far as view, nothing exciting. But overall I loved it would definitely stay there again

The fire alarm kept going off. I wasn't in the room 30min before the fire alarm went off and we were asked to evaluate, coming from the 14th floor only to find out it was a false alarm and the the alarm went off everyday of the stay and was always a false alarm. However the PA system in the room is a great way to communicate if used. It was one day the alarm went off at 6am I did not evacuate but it took 10min after tge alarm stopped for someone to say it wasa false alarm. There should really be a better plan for that it could be life or death for someone if it's a real emergency. Other then that everything else was great!

I was dissatisfied with the restaurant & prices . There should be a menu that’s affordable for everyone . If you want just a breakfast you need to go elsewhere. John Besh is famous but $21. For breakfast is to much & unnecessary . Reservations needed just to have a bite to eat . Empty tables but wouldn’t seat you because of reservations. Hostess at door was rude . Didn’t try to satisfy in any way . ( I don’t make the rules ) she shouldn’t be in the service industry. I didn’t get her name but she was not pleasant. Rudeness caused my son to say he’d never go back . NOLA HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY HOME . I’ll stay in the suburbs . Rude people in restaurant. Hosts not nice ‘

Reservations are not necessary . For a hotel restaurant . You can’t just hold tables up like that . First. Come first serve ! Too bad if you have to wait but don’t hold tables open for stragglers

It was great. We had a corner suite and was given a great view. The extra windows around provided enough light that we did not have to use out lights until night time.

The microwave was located in the room with the bed. And to pay that much for a hotel it would of been nice to have complimentary breakfast. Instead of having to use the restaurant in the hotel.

the property is beautiful! The area, so convenient. From the time we arrived up to our check out was wonderful! If you stay five or more days you get room service everyday! how great is it to leave your room for breakfast and come back to see your room as if it were like the first day you arrived. This is a new tradition for us and I’m looking forward to continuing the tradition at this Hilton

there was nothing I didn’t like

the location was great. the hotel was clean and comfortable.

I rode a motorcycle to New Orleans. I spoke to a staff member about parking it onsite before I arrived and they said it was not an issue. when I got there it was a different story. I was not allowed to park my motorcycle on site. I either had to park at the public parking somewhere else or park on the street at the meter. I ended up parking on the street, it was just a little inconvenient.

The beds were extremely comfortable, slept well. The staff was very helpful. The location was nice, close enough, but not in the middle of alot of the bustle.

The windows were not very soundproof.
