Second time I’ve stayed at the loft and it’s gorgeous. The Staff are so kind. Everything is so pretty. I love the bathroom and the shower. I also love how clean everything feels. I’ll definitely be back for a third trip!

The location and room were great!
There was no staff at this location. Downstairs bar/lobby area was closed the whole time I was there. Also, the shower had very low water pressure and the lighting in the bathroom was too dim. The magnifying wall mirror light was broken so I had to sit in the living room to get enough light to put on my makeup.

staff from the mother hotel the international house was good ; the hotel desk on premises itself was not staffed at all .
