We booked King's Port Inn as a one night stop over to break up the journey between Bar Harbor and Boston on a New England road trip. It was just intended to be somewhere convenient to sleep for the night but it ended up being one of the best hotels we stayed at on our entire trip. The rooms were huge and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was great with good quality complimentary toiletries. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The waffles made to order were particularly good. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend a stay here to anyone.

You can’t beat the location. You’re right by everything in the port and a short drive or brisk walk from the beach. Shower was very high quality / shampoo and conditioner. Bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend for someone who wants to stay in KPT for an extended period of time without breaking the bank in a perfect location. Also, great parking. Even if you’re not staying there, you can pay $25 to park for the day which is great.

The rooms could use a little updating like the TV and furniture. The breakfast, while free, is lacking. Needs more egg / cheese options. Other than that, no complaints!

The hotel was perfectly located among the shops and restaurants. Kennebunkport is one of my favorite destination towns. The room was quaint and clean. The breakfast was amazing (Ask for the homemade waffles! OMG!). The service was stellar. Friendly and accommodating staff. I felt like I was stayng with family.

The queen size beds were a bit tight and soft. But really, the rest made up for them. We could hear the family above us. But, truly, the stay was overall very comfortable.

From the moment we arrived the experience was wonderful! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and decorated beautifully. It was in a perfection location to be able to walk into town and see the sites. Breakfast was very good. Just a wonderful place. Will definitely go back again!

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like. It was a very nice stay.

Very comfortable beds. Clean room and nice cleaning staff. The woman who supervised breakfast was especially nice and accommodating.

Needs a bigger closet and more drawer space. Could use a bathroom upgrade, the toilet/shower area is very crowded. The outdoor seating area wasn't a clean as it should've been and there were too many smokers outside their rooms and in the parking lot.

Location is excellent! Walked everywhere. Hotel is right at the beginning of the strip of stores. Free, continental breakfast. King suite has a huge (separate) jet tub. Comfy bed and pillows. Blow dryer is not powerful but soaps, shampoo and conditioner is good quality. Kind, helpful staff Steps from restaurants and coffee. Good price for the location

The location is really great. Right on the corner of the road that leads to the central part of Kennebunkport. You can park in the parking lot and walk to pretty much all of the restaurants and bars in the area. The staff is really friendly and the rooms are decent. Pretty much everything you need in a hotel of this caliber

The beds were a little too soft and felt smaller than Queens (I booked the two queen rooms). The breakfast options were just so-so.

The homemade waffles with wild blueberries were delicious! We enjoyed the coffee/cappuccino machine which was available 24 hours. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the rain shower head was great. You can’t beat the location. You can walk to many shops and restaurants.

The location is perfect in that it’s within walking distance but away from the crowded areas.

The floors in the bathrooms was a terrible decision as it’s polished marble and very slippery! Also, we were awakened early by the cleaners pounding (not knocking) on our door. There should be a system so they know when people check out.

The breakfast was continental, so very simple, but it was nice and the server was friendly and attentive. All interactions with staff at the desk were pleasant, and they were ready to give recommendations. The location was perfect, the room was comfortable, and the outdoor seating spaces were a nice touch.
