From start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. As it is a pet-friendly facility, we took our dogs to the fenced in dog area several times a day. Our cottage was clean, cozy and inviting. The property was well-maintained and kept clean. Our location was perfect for where we wanted to visit in the area. An exceptional value for the price. We would highly recommend this resort and hope to return next year!

Place was lovely, simple, clean. I especially appreciated the fragrance free soap, shampoo and conditioner. I am highly allergic to fragrance chemicals and can RARELY use what is available! Also love pet free/not pet free options. The outdoor pet tub is awesome. The staff, especially Sarah in the cute check-in cabin, was so welcoming.

I would suggest an upgrade on the towels. Bedding was great but towels seemed a bit old and worn.

Location is perfect! Very clean and cozy. Beautiful pool is well kept. Staff is so nice and accommodating for our big family. Small game room is fun for the kids! So close to multiple different beaches, york zoo, ogunquit. Lots to do!

Not a TON to do at the campground but that is 100% ok because we are busy, at the beach, out and about the whole time anyway!

Our room was very cute and clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful and the location is convenient.

Our room could have use blinds on front window. There are drapes but they don't block out the light completely. Also the kitchen does not have any microwaveable dishes. Be sure to bring paper plates to warm up any leftovers.

The mattress and pillows were probably the WORST I had ever slept on. The mattress was like a board. I got no sleep. I also did not like where the TV was positioned. It was on a 45 degress angle from the beds.

It's a very comfortable easy place to stay

My shower pressure was very weak and the shower and the whole bathroom really kind of needs updating but other than that, it was a very nice stay.

I found there was an extra processing charge not listed by bookings.com, that I needed to pay. Each motel room has external door/patio entry lights for safety. The brightness of those lights on the first night, were very bright illuminating the room, causing a lack of sleep. The second night, the occupant's shutoff their light offering a better night sleep.

The property was remarkable clean and bright. All the provided amenities were in working order and clean. The bed was restful and the shower was steamy as I prefer. Staff was sparse and most courteous. Will most definitely visit again.

The cottage was very big and clean. It was decorated adorably. The person I saw for check in was very friendly and offered many ways to contact someone if we needed anything.
