Good Like a hot breakfast Coffee and pastries were nice

We got there Friday at ? 630 ish Checkin Was closed so we walked across the street to the sister property, which was fine but I would have pushed harder to arrive earlier if I had known the checkin closed so early. Also it is January in Maine so low season , but restaurant / bar at the hotel closed at 8 —early for a Friday and Saturday night. ( they seemed quite busy - I thought 9 might have been more appropriate as a closing time)

The GM was so pleasant and upgraded me to the most beautiful room - felt like a princess Breakfast was spot on and the location of the hotel is amazing.

No one was at the front desk and the restaurant staff was helpful to a point, but because they are in a different department could assist on certain stuff.

It was nice with a good selection of items. The room was very comfortable and we loved the shower it was huge!! A very unique design. The restaurant was lovely and the little dining houses on the patio were so wonderful.

It would have been nice to know that so many things were closed in the area. We did enjoy walking around seeing the town.

Location was good.....breakfast was good but could be better...more fresh fruits...bananas....maybe a waffle maker....I personally would like to see hot eggs ...bacon and sausage.....for the price of a room this is something very doable and personally for the price a nice breakfast would be greatly appreciated

Would be nice if the wharfhouse had a elevator.

This place was amazing. The hotel had everything you could ask for including bikes. The property was in a fantastic location right in town and was just amazing. Breakfast was good and the staff was super helpful and friendly. We absolutely loved our stay.

We made our reservation through Expedia, and we felt that were therfore given a less desirable room. My wife and I both have back pain and activiity limitations despite major back surgeries. We made the reservations (and paid our charges) months in advance, and I believe that we mentioned our disabilities. We were given a room which required us to bring our bags over a trail and a bridge. (a very nice employee helped us-and received a generous tip-). We were on the second floor. We spoke to the Desk, but were told that there were no other rooms available. The room and bed were very nice, and we enjoyed the other facilities very much. We felt, as I said above, that we were discriminated against by our use of Expedia. Mel and Mary Britton

We got there just before Memorial Day and the staff were stretched between a number of properties. The young man at the desk most days ( Micheal) is new to the company and was so professional, so incredibly accommodating- he made what could have been a nightmare into a great getaway. Covid restrictions were JUST being lifted at the time, so again- every effort was made to make us comfortable and enjoy our stay. Would certainly return!

A booking error would have put me, a mobility impaired person in their annex hotel. Would have been a night mare- front desk person Michael made a few calls and remedied the situation by placing us in the main hotel with an elevator, He even secured a bed ladder so I was able to get in and out of the bed easier. The room though seemed to be next to a fan system which went off in the middle of the night... very loud- but when leaving we were told that they were closing the rooms to fix all that .

The location is outstanding ... I was in the Wharf house, which was very nice...quiet, cozy. Know that you may need to climb several stairs to get to your room (if that’s a problem for you, you may want to check with the owners for help or different accommodations). The breakfast was delivered to my door and hit the spot. Rooms were well cleaned. Parking is limited. Arrive early

I am unable to stay longer. Also, a nit, but ... all of the coffee in the room was decaf. That’s great for evenings but I would have appreciated some “go go” in the form of caffeine in the morning.

thin walls; first night a neighbor located a stairwell away knocked and asked us to turn down our tv that we felt were at a very reasonable level. she was very nice about it and not mad at all; we actually chatted for quite a bit the following morning and made friends.

Breakfast was better than I thought a continental would be. Was pleasantly surprised.

Bagels were sparse but I may have been in between.
