Location is everything! Beautiful, clean beachfront couldn’t be better. Friendly, helpful staff was a plus. Convenience of the Splash Restaurant for a tasty and reasonably priced breakfast while looking at the waves. We were thrilled to park our car Friday and not get in it again until Sunday when we checked out. There are so many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance just over the bridge. The trolley also stops right outside the hotel if you prefer to ride. We’re looking forward to staying again!

The odd room door with window in it & bright exterior light shining in directly in line with our pillows! We rigged a towel over it to keep out the light and that worked fine.

Great location to beach!

Parking lot full. Had to park in public parking then got a $60 ticket. Restaurant wasn’t open during our stay. We had a river room. Nicely redone. Bathroom was lovely. Super clean and comfy. However/ This room had a connecting door to other unit without a lock on our side. Unsettling when I opened the door and the guest next door yelled at me. Called front desk and a young man came up to tell me it was the cleaning closet and he assured me it was locked on their side and the other guests side was locked after he checked it. Still I had no lock on my door. Very uncomfortable as a guest. Didn’t feel secure. Thankfully my partner is retired police chief. 😁

The location of this hotel is amazing. It is steps to the beach with a full view of the sunrise. This is the only hotel on Ogunquit Beach, which is a flat, sandy beach with lots of room to walk and space to relax. It is close to shopping, restaurants, fishing, etc. too. The beds in our recently renovated room were extremely comfortable. The bathroom/shower were beautiful too. The free access to kayaks, floats, bikes, etc. was AWESOME!!!!! Eric was so helpful getting me set up with the kayak. This was the first time I used one on my own, and he was extra patient and set me up, so I felt comfortable. Evan and another employee were so kind and helpful with parking. The Splash restaurant was so convenient and offered delicious breakfast options (including iced coffee in October--yahhhh). The front desk people and everyone we talked with at this place were super friendly and helpful.

Next time I will reserve a room on the third floor to eliminate overhead noise. I wish they would put dividers outside the room, so everyone would have a little deck privacy (next door neighbor was on phone on lounge chair right outside on room). Parking with a little tricky. We were given a tip about a place to put our car, but others were waiting for a space to park.

stayed on top floor overlooked the parking lot and great view of cliffs beach great locaton walked into town every evening and marginal way .this was our 6th time we have stayed at the norsmann

nothing really could have been better all employes were great and helpfull place was excellent front desk printrd our tickets to the play house maintenance fixed slide door on room next to us immediately after they reported it wasent working properly just a great place right on the beachenjoyable stay

I liked a lot about this hotel. I liked that I had a private balcony with ample space. I absolutely loved the heated floors in the bathroom. That shower I could have lived in that shower it was fantastic. I lived the fireplace and the balcony door right in front of the very comfortable bed.

There was very little that I did not like about this room I did not like that I could not utilize the fireplace there was no way to turn it on. I also did not like that I could not shut the lights off on the balcony made it hard to star gaze.

We've been coming for 15+ years , as the location is our happy place not too far from our home in CT.Hearing the surf is THE best! Your friendly staff, clean accommodations and accessibility to town and to the beautiful Ogunquit beach make it a sought after destination year after year.

Just a few suggestions for safety: We stayed in room 205 in the Sundowner wing. Not sure if all the shower stalls are like ours, but there is no light in or near the shower and it is quite dim at night. If a light can be installed in or near, it would add to a safe environment ( especially when you are dealing with water). Also, if you could consider adding reflective edging to your stair treads. The dark brown treads make for a visual perception challenge for some and adding reflective tape/edging could enhance the safety of using the stairs. Thank you!

Very nice location. Our rooms looked out at the ocean and it was relaxing to have such a nice view. Beds were large and clean. Staff was excellent and very friendly.

Our room has a broken sliding window cover so we had no privacy at night and the sun woke us up at 4:50 am each morning. Bathrooms are very small. Restaurant on premises was not open. No elevator in our building.

the 2 King rooms in the Beach Street building all have massage chair in the room, as well as a fantastic view of the beach from the balcony! there was a restaurant called Splash on the beach that serves both breakfast and dinner, and the Ogunquit Beach House restaurant just underneath the Beach Street building serves both lunch and dinner. we barely had to leave the beach!!

Showers didn’t get as cold as they could’ve, which would have been nice after getting sunburned. loved the layouts of the rooms and walk-in showers though!

I love love love this property! I wish I found this little gem three years ago. Staff was wonderful room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet just what we needed for our anniversary.  we had ocean front beautiful views I can’t wait to go back.!!

it was quiet, clean everybody respected everybody else cleaning their neighbors. Staff was wonderful.

The location is excellent, and the rooms are comfortable. I loved the renovated bathrooms. The shower head was out of this world and the vanity mirrors had perfect lighting for putting on makeup. My husband loved the bedding too.

The beds were comfortable but the head of the bed was sinking down for some reason. It was fine once I put my head by the foot of the bed.
