This is a perfect location right across from the Marginal Way, near all the shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. The warm indoor pool/hot tub are relaxing and are wonderful for swimming and lounging on chilly or rainy days. Our room window overlooked the courtyard and town, and even had a glimpse of the ocean! Housekeeping was contactless, which I appreciated, and we had a lot of privacy during our stay. The hotel couldn't guarantee an early check-in, but kindly accommodated us when we arrived, and also allowed us to park at the hotel for a few extra hours after check-out.

Moving around was a little tight because of a privacy wall in the middle of the room, but it was also nice to have that bit of privacy from the rest of my party!

The studio queen is dated but spacious. A large sitting area with a sleep sofa and kitchenette is separated from the queen bed. A walk-in closet was a big surprise. The bathroom is dated but workable and when we mentioned to the office staff that the shower was not working well he took us seriously and addressed it. Toiletries were included with the room. The room would easily accommodate a couple traveling with one or two children as a partial wall would separate the parents from the children on sleep sofa. Important - this arrangement is only for this year. They anticipate renovations this winter which will remove the wall and the kitchenette so it is similar to a typical large hotel room.

The bathroom, although dated, was fine.

Located right across the street from the entrance to Marginal Way Walkway. Updated suite. Rooms were spacious and clean. King sized bed was very comfortable. Private balcony which faced Shore Road and partial ocean view. My wife and I will stay in that suite again.

just to mention that the room with the King bed is on the top floor, there is no elevator, for individuals have trouble climbing stairs the room is located on the 3rd floor

this property is directly across from the entrance to Marginal Way. if you get a 2nd floor balcony room you’ll have a small view of the ocean. the second floor rooms also have a loft with two beds upstairs and a full kitchen!

The inside was a bit dated and the coffee was bad. if you’re checking in off season you’ll have to drive to their sister hotel The Norseman to check in/out.

The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance: Marginal Way, morning cafes, downtown shopping, beach, restaurants, Perkins Cove. Don’t miss a visit to the upstairs piano bar at the Front Door, yes it is in walking distance. Rooms are spacious with a great kitchen area. Staying right in the middle of things is always a plus. Can’t wait to return

Excellent location- very close to Ogunquit Village, the beach, and Perkins Cove. You could get around the area without driving if you so choose. The accommodation itself was very clean and comfortable. With a kitchenette and dining area, you are able to order out or prepare something to eat in.Bed was super comfortable (but the pullout couch is just that- to say exactly what you would expect). Plenty of storage space for your things. Pool is indoor and super clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Price was very fair as well. I would recommend Seacastles.

Actually nothing- all our needs and wants were met.

Lovely room with kitchen, frig, toaster, table- all I needed to have my own meals or heat up purchased. Only request was to wash the dishes before we left (of course!!) Big picture window overlooking street and small porch but blinds shut totally for privacy. Pool on grounds, building location directly across street to Marginal Way entrance, lots of bathroom amenities and TP- very nice. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff- no surprises and extra numbers in case we needed help during night.

Room 352 was large and airy. The exterior of the building could use some work. Room 106 was nice but being right next to where all the cleaning crew drops stuff off was a bit of a turn off. It’s too bad the pool roof could not be left open in good weather as the heat in the pool area was uncomfortable.

Check in, location, cleanliness, great experience.

Room was very outdated, we understand that they are upgrading, but our room was worn and old feeling. The sidewalk in the back and stairs are very dangerous, especially for older folks. Potholes and depressions in the walkways, slippery stairs, lack of lighting a BIG concern.

The staff was incredibly friendly! I sprained my ankle the morning i arrived and the staff was so accommodating. The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean! The location was a nice and easy walk in to the center of town. I felt safe walking in the evening. Very short walk to the ocean as the hotel was right across the street from marginal way. Nice and quiet area. I would most definitely stay here again with my family!
