Beautiful resort. Nice decor in main areas. Loved the tiki bar and outdoor fire pit. Staff was very nice. Nice pools and Jacuzzi. Great location, walking distance to center of town. Clean. Nice continental breakfast.

When booking I thought I had a room with a balcony which is what I wanted. Instead I had a pretty basic plain room, not worth the nightly rate of almost $400. Not one picture on the walls or any other mirror besides the small bathroom sink one. Difficult for more than one person to get ready. I did let the front desk know and requested a new room but they were booked solid.

Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were great! The bar area and fire pit were excellent for relaxing and hanging out. The pool and hot tub were fabulous, the kids were in the pool all day. Nice, central location to downtown, the beach, Perkins Cove, and Marginal Way (walking distance or Trolly stop right next door). Rooms, lobby, pool area, bar area, every where extremely clean. We would definitely come back again.

Continental breakfast was just ok (but aren't they all). TV's in bedroom not Smart tv's

poor channel selection on TV, also the continental breakfast wasn’t much of a selection, and the service at the bar was absolutely the slowest I’ve ever experienced at a bar ever. like 20 minutes for a drink….I couldn’t believe how much dilly-dallying the two foreign bartenders did. it was not a pleasurable experience.

This property is located very close to the town which is a lovely seaside resort with plenty of restaurants and bars. The property is spacious with plenty of parking. The bedroom was bright and had everything we needed, including a fridge. There are two pools and both were quiet. Reception has a nice sitting area with coffee and water available. The bed was really comfortable.

I would suggest that the receptionist smile and show a little more interest in those checking in.

This was our second stay since December. The facilities are spotless, the bed is very comfortable, and the pillows are just the way I like them. The location is perfect, out of town but not too far away to walk to just about everything. We will definitely be returning sometime in 2023.

It is nothing that the inn can control, the endless traffic going into town. At least most of the drivers are courteous enough to stop for pedestrians to cross.

No sidewalk to my room. Difficult to get in and out of office on busy road.

Newly remodeled. Very adequate for 1 person. Excellent bed. Both AC and heat available which is important this time of year. Good location.

This was the first time I was totally happy with my stay at any hotel. The room was clean and bright; the bed was so comfortable that I actually slept in; the bathroom was spotless; and most of all, the staff was very friendly, and their knowledge of events in the surrounding areas added to my enjoyment.

There was nothing that I could improve on. The staff was very accommodating and made me feel special even when I made extra requests. My room was not only comfortable, but also quiet and inviting. I feel the value was well worth my time and money.

The location was perfect walking distance to the heart of Ogunquit. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the onsite bar, firepit, and entertainment from Tim and Ainsley. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The pools were well kept and access was convenient.

We had to leave and go home.

Excellent location, walking distance to town and short drive to everything! Room was very clean and grounds were immaculate. Love the pool bar and “family” pool where the kids could swim and not worry about bothering anyone. Staff was really nice too.

Things went very well. We were very pleased with our stay until the very end when we went to leave a tip in the provided envelope that had already been licked and opened. A reused envelope was surprising and disgusting. It was a gross ending to a wonderful visit.
