The hotel is very clean, which was one of the biggest factor I was considering when booking. There was a nice variety of eating spaces both indoors and outside (we chose to eat outside because our youngest is unvaccinated). My kids loved the beds, large tv, complimentary streaming services, and the indoor pool.

It was a little more expensive than I had planned to spend for what was really just a single night stopover on a longer family road trip. However, I do think that I received good value for money on this accommodation.

We had a great stay! This hotel is lovely and the staff is very nice. This hotel is low key and under the radar I just love how it’s like a boutique hotel. Great photo ops! The shower was amazing! They have Starbucks in the lobby, a lovely gym and an indoor pool. There’s also a nice pond with ducks that come out in the morning and a nice walkway around it for a nice morning stroll very nice and relaxing. Overall, very nice and I would definitely stay again. PS checkout is at noon! Another plus

From the outside of the property to the interior was immaculately clean. I did appreciate that. It has security over night which was amazing and a decently priced menu for breakfast and dinner.

My only setback which really isn’t one is that the bathrooms were so modern yet the shower head and water pressure were forgotten.

It was comfortable, quiet and had a beautiful view. Located close to several malls for great shopping and dining. The staff was kind, the lobby spacious and the overall feel was welcoming. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The room had ample space with large comfy beds and the TV was remarkable (you can effortlessly watch it from any area of the room). While I was not there for a on location event, I would recommend it a a great place to host one. Simply lovely.

Room was quiet, very clean with good HVAC and comfortable bed. Check-in was efficient and friendly.

A free continental breakfast should have been included in room price. Dinner and drink prices were very high at food & drink counter ( Courtyard needs to have more affordable prices on optional food and drink).

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly.

The elevators were too slow, it was noisy on our floor. With COVID behind us rooms need to be cleaned daily. The price wasn’t discounted so why should my room be cleaned every other day. Need more food items at the restaurant downstairs.

The breakfast was very good. We had an amount to spend, so you had to choose carefully from the menu. The employee that worked at the breakfast spot was very friendly and accommodating.

There was no cart available when we got there to bring our things up to our room. We thought the price was a little high. The room had no microwave. The desk was strangely placed right under the TV, so the person watching it was looking at the back of the person at the desk.

Cleanliness and ambiance

The clerk could not find my reservation although i showed her my email confirmation Therefore i had to pay the hotel rate at time of checkin

Loved the room layout. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The room did not have the hotel smell you usually experience in hotels. The TV was positioned to accommodate any area of the room we were in.

I like having my room tidied up each day of my stay. I also like clean towels daily. Unfortunately, this was not the case. This is the only item I was disappointed with.

Very clean hotel. Since, we're in a pandemic I always do an additional cleaning, anyways...and the room was thoroughly cleaned. Love my room cleaned VERY WELL!!.
