I arrived, via motorcycle, about two hours before check in due to heavy storms approaching. They were great in that they got me checked in early. The person at the front desk was very understanding and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Not much to say but if I’m nit picking, the only things that I didn’t like was the ice machine needed some work but that wasn’t a big deal at all. Also, the floor in the room, wasn’t level so the corridor door dragged after opening it about a foot. Again, no big deal, just a minor annoyance. Could be looked at as a security feature though.

The location was close to where I needed to be.

I called ahead and let a staff person know I would be late but still wanted the room I booked and she told me ok. Once I got to the Inn she had took the room I booked off booking. So I had some anxiety but the other staff member assured that she would get me a room. I drove 14 hours with no sleep so I thank God for her getting me a room.

Location was perfect for our activities and morning breakfast was varied and complete kept clean and stocked..

No maid service garbage cans to small to hold multiple days of garbage, Would prefer they make the bed and empty cans even if they don't change linens for 4 days.. Cost was just as high as other hotels that provide full service each day.

I drop a piece of jewelry and I didn't know in the direction bounce. So on my hands and knees looking on the floor.i found a plastic fork, a snickers candy bar, paper cups , crumple paper and than I found my ring. Disgusted.

I did appreciate the professionalism of the staff, they were very helpful and accommodating to the best of their ability. I also LOVED the convenience of the restaurants, local stores and malls. Everything we could need was accessible by walking or a short drive across the road. Prime location.

I didn't like that the hotel ran out of washcloths and that the items in their snack window were so expensive.

Everything was fine except incurred one problem.

After breakfast when we went back to the room, neither key would open door. I had to travel to the front desk to get new keys. After returning to the room, these keys didn’t work. Had to go back to the front desk a second time. Several other guests had the same problem. Employee had to go to the room to let us in. Not only did we lose 20 minutes, my wife had to stand in the hall for the 20 minutes with great difficulty. This problem affected us and other guests.

The bed was comfortable and the location was great. Lots of shopping and restaurants around. The hotel was better in person than what I expected from seeing the pictures on line. I was pleasantly surprised.

The free breakfast was very good, the breakfast preparation area was very clean. The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to shopping and where I needed to be.

The pool hours were not suitable. we arrived late and then our check out was too early to be able to enjoy a sit in the pool.

The staff was friendly and it was clean. The breakfast was okay.

The mattress was too hard and uncomfortable. . It cause my back to hurt when I slept. The pillows was flat.

location was great.. cleanliness was great… well lit!!

would have liked a shaded sitting area outside.. not a lot places to sit and enjoy. there was no creamer!! we love coffee but I had to go and buy creamers.
