Excellent location with great walkability options to local shops, restaurants and the metro. The property is beautiful and the suites are modern with excellent finishes and amenities, very impressive and beyond comfortable. There's also an amazing restaurant located on the main level of the hotel. The atmosphere, decor, and design is so beautiful and modern, plenty of areas to relax and enjoy yourself indoors and outdoors. The menu offers excellent choices with delicious food and drinks. Lastly, the hotel staff are very professional, personable and highly committed to providing excellent customer service. I cannot wait to return for another weekend getaway!

The hotel is located in an area that is serviced by Metro only a block away. Plenty of restaurants within a few blocks. Beds were comfortable, A/C worked great. Towels and shower were very good as was the TV and the channel options

The pillows were far too soft. My head was swallowed up by the pillows. The chair at the desk was a bit too firm. Lets get a happy balance between the two. The supplies in the shower had no body wash and a limited amount of shampoo. No complememtry breakfast offered.

The first thing was they were able to let us check in early before 4 pm which was amazing because not a lot of hotels will do that. The hotel/room was clean when we arrived and it was a beautiful place to stay. We had no major problem staying there and everyone was so friendly.

Housemaids only clean every other day when it should be every day just in case you need your trash to be taken out or need more towels or toiletries.

Excellent friendly staff went out of their way to be accommodating! I liked the fruited water and hot chocolate at reception as well. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Bethesda and the DC area. The metro is steps away from the entrance. Overall new and clean feel. The restaurant layout was a little odd, but dinner food was delicious.

The pocket door to the bathroom was very heavy and hard to open and close. The bottom sheet was too small and kept popping off.

The breakfast was good. The entire Staff were very professional and exceeded all my request! The location was amazing. The hotel was very new and Upscale. The view from the top floors were breathtaking! Will definitely return!

The parking was a little expensive but expected.

No microwave in the room. No mirror over the by the window for putting on makeup in natural light. would be nice to have shampoo that does not contain sulfates - there are many such products to choose from these days.

I loved the layout of the room, very comfortable and economical in design. The appointments were modern but felt luxurious, with an elegant cosmopolitan feel. The lobby is comfortable and there is a great lounge. The restaurant is great, if a bit pricey. The bar is exceptional. Great location!

Everything!! from the location, convenience, LUXURY, to the best thing PRICE! This hotel offers you everything you need. Tranquility, luxury feeling, great atmosphere, proximity to all restaurants. I will recommended and will stay again.

breakfast was OK; It could have been better

They allowed us to extend our checkout to 4PM.

Prepaying for breakfast makes no sense as you still are charged menu prices. If you spend under the $15, you are not given change. But if you spend over $15 you are charged the extra. The cost of breakfast is much too expensive for what you get.

This is the best hotel i have stayed in by far in America, the room is largeeee, bathroom is so good, the lounge and restaurant soooooo modern,,, staff so kind
