Holiday Inn Express Washington DC-BW Parkway, an IHG Hotel

The hotle was amazing. It was nice to walk in and see Cindy wearing her mask. She put all our problems of traveling during the pandemic at ease. She was beyond amazing and engaged in pleasant conversation during check in. She wiped the pin with a clorox wipe before handing it to my fiancé which was nice. She was very helpful with answering our questions. It was nice to know that you had to use your key to not only get into the hotel but also to go up to your room. Once in the room we loved everything about it. It was nice, clean and very big. The bed was beyond comfortable and we didn't want to leave it. The couch in front of the bed was nice because my fiancé perfers sitting up while watching tv while I like to lay in the bed. We had a whirlpool in the room which was amazing. It was big enough for both of us to sit comfortably. The jets on our backs was so relaxing. It was nice that the tv turned so we could still watch it while we was in the whirlpool. We were so relaxed we had one of the best night sleeps ever. We will differently be comeing back to stay longer.

The handles for the whirlpool was a bit difficult. I was trying to make the water cold but it seem to get hot no matter which way I turn. I finally managed to figure it out to where the water was comfortable so it was nothing to complain about. As well as the wifi we couldn't figure out how to connect. It keep saying somthing about using a proxy but it wouldn't connect. Now it may be that we were using a playstation but I'm not sure. But we were only there for one night so we just used ours so again it wasn't nothing to complain about.

Please was clean. People were nice.

Housekeeping was banging on my door one hour before my check out time. I was in the shower and she insisted to come in. Lucky I had the interior lock to keep her from coming. Didn't understand her insurance on coming in on

The room was cleaned and comfortable.

People were meeting out back, and being loud on the stairwell kept waking us up, and the door that led to those stairwells was super loud when it closed (loud bang).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast service was great. The beds are pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was very clean.

The hotel was small, everything seemed cramped. The lighting in the rooms were dim. The bathroom was very small.

the breakfast exceeded my expectations

i arrived at 11am, hoping to check-in earlier but was told that i couldn't check in until 3pm. that was the only thing that i have a negative opinion about. over all it was a great stay.

The breakfast had an option for everyone and the attendant was very attentive to the customers. The staff were responsive and polite. Trying to meet customers request the best they can.

The mattresses were not comfortable. Wish they were not firm. Made sleeping difficult.

The location was close to highway but its far from DC and other places. However it is convenient to join highway immediately. Breakfast was ok specially kids love to make their own pan cakes.

Breakfast was very limited. The furniture shows an old look that makes room old.

On Sunday Nov the lady attending the cafeteria needs more training to deal with customers.

rooms were nice and big and clean. Breakfast was enough to set you up for the day travelling. Staff were very helpful Hotel was not far from train station to get into central washington

Breakfast was good, and love the fact there was a option for turkey sausage instead of just pork.

The area was small and everyone was bumping into each other. It might have been that it was too many tables in that area.
